Very comfortable apartment, friendly staff, beautiful beach etc As an english speaker, some additional guidance about the hotel in english on check in would have been helpful ... but still a great place.

Zimmer, Lage des Hotels Das integrierte Schwimmbad, der entscheidende Grund, dass wir uns für dieses Hotel entschieden haben, war geschlossen obwohl davon nichts auf dem Buchungsportal oder auf der homepage stand! Und die Rezeptionistin gab sogar zu, dass diese Täuschung bewusst in Kauf genommen wurde. Eine Frechheit. Als Ersatz wurde ein Hotelpool am anderen Ende des Ortes geboten, wobei wir ohne Auto da waren. NAch langem Diskutieren gab es zweimal umsonst Eintritt in der nahegelegenen Binztherme, die leider für ein 4 jähriges Kind völlig ungeeignet war. Und wir waren nicht die einzigen die dieser Täuschung auf den Leim gegangen sind.

angenehme ruhige atmosphäre ,wo halt alles stimmig ist ! Wenn man ins schwimmbad möchte und nicht im haupthaus wohnt , muß man sich halt vollständig ankleiden ,aber ansonsten alles angenehm .

das Zimmer war sehr schön. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch sehr ansorechend. Ein schöner urlaub! Im Großen und Ganzen war alles in Ordnung!

Die Nähe zum Strand und die Möglichkeit, Fahrrad zu fahren in allen Himmelsrichtungen Das Frühstück mit 11 Euro pro Person ist überteuert. Das Angebot war einfach. Die Parkplatzgebühren sind für ein Hotel nicht angebracht, finde ich, ein kostenloser Parkplatz gehört einfach dazu. Handtuchwechsel war auch nicht incl., sondern musste extra gezahlt werden. Das sollte den Gästen vorher mitgeteilt werden und nicht erst bei Ankunft. Dann kann man welche von zu Hause mitnehmen. Gereinigt wurde überhaupt nicht, auch das muss man als Gast vorher wissen. Auf Usedom ist das z.B. nicht der Fall.

gut hat mir die freundlichkeit des personals gefallen, uns wurde auch auf fragen über unternehmungen gut weitergeholfen als sauna gänger hat uns nicht gefallen,daß die sauna auch für kinder ( unter 10jahre ) die sauna mit benutzen konnten und so immer viel unruhe in der sauna entstand, so kamm es ,daß wir unseren sauna gang nach dem zweiten sauna gang abbrachen,da die saunatür alle minute auf und zu ging nur weil kinder rein und rauß mußten

Läget vid stranden var fantastiskt Vi valde hotellet enbart pga poolanläggningen för ungdomarna, men tyvärr visade sig att den var stängd för reparation. Det fanns ingen information alls om detta på booking.com eller på hemsidan. Kompensationen var usel och uppvägde inte alls besvikelsen. Tveksam till att använda booking.com utan att kontrollera direkt med hotellet I fortsättningen.

Animation für die Kinder Nicht ausreichende Kapazitäten beim Frühstück, obwohl weitere Restaurants geschlossen waren Kinderanimation zu festgeschriebenen Zeiten, wenn zu diesem Zeitpunkt kein Kind vor Ort, wird Kinderspielraum abgesperrt und es ist dann auch kein Animateur mehr verfügbar Dieses Hotel wäre super geeignet als Familienhotel, doch leider gewinnen hier immer mehr die Rentner die Oberhand.
