Very comfortable apartment, friendly staff, beautiful beach etc As an english speaker, some additional guidance about the hotel in english on check in would have been helpful ... but still a great place.

Vi var 16 personer som firade en familjehögtid. Ålder 5-70 år. Alla var mycket nöjda med möjlighet till aktiviteter, från inomhuspoolen för de minsta till promenad, jogging och beachvolleyboll för de äldre. Tyvärr för kallt för att bada ute, 17-20 maj. Vi gjorde utflykter till dinosaurieparken och Stralsund och hade tur med bra väder alla dagarna.

Kurkarte mycket bra vid olika tillfällen (bl a Bäderbahn,Toaletten vid Promenaden). Jag tyckte också om den stora friheten att röra sig inom hotellet och de facilitäter. En hörslinga (kabel) till TV hade nog varit bra för bättre hörsel när man har hörsvårigheter. Jag vill gärna komma igen men hur skulle det vara med liten rabatt, överenskommelse med Scanline (bil)?

Det mesta var ok och innan högsäsongen är det prisvärt. Det är lite blött, iallafall när det regnar, att ta sig från det bortre huset till frukost och restauranger som ligger en bit bort utan inre förbindelse. Jag kan också tänka mig att under sommarperioden ligger detta hotell lite offside.

sehr saubere zimmer. frühstückbüffet war sehr gut. Mitarbeiter im restaurantbereich teilweise überfordert. preisleistungsverhältnis bei halbpension nicht entsprechnend.( einfache Küche )

Wir hatten ein 2-Raum-Appartment und können uns in keinster Weise beschweren. Der Service, die Sauberkeit, das Freizeitangebot - alles top! Am besten hat unserem Sohn (5Jahre) das Erlebnisbad im IFA-Park gefallen. Jeden Tag 2 Std. Nach herzenslust planschen, schwimmen und die 46m lange Wasserrutsche runter sausen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall noch mal ins ifa fahren! Lediglich das Schlafsofa hat uns "Schmerzen" bereitet. Aber da haben wir uns eine kleine Luftmatratze organisiert und kurzerhand unseren Sohn darauf schlafen lassen, so daß wir die Betten nutzen konnten.

Nettes Personal, super Lage Direkt am Strand, Schwimmbad im Haus, schönes Zimmer, Abendgestaltung- Tanz, Live Musik, Cocktailbar als die Zimmer gereinigt wurden, wurde zwar das "alte" Duschtuch mitgenommen, aber leider kein neues nach gelegt

Die Lage war ok ! Das komplette Hotel riecht nach Altenheim, die Zimmer sehen dann auch so aus, Das Personal war unfreundlich und nicht wirklich hilfsbereit (bis auf die Rezeption) Frühstück note 4.

Läget vid stranden var fantastiskt Vi valde hotellet enbart pga poolanläggningen för ungdomarna, men tyvärr visade sig att den var stängd för reparation. Det fanns ingen information alls om detta på booking.com eller på hemsidan. Kompensationen var usel och uppvägde inte alls besvikelsen. Tveksam till att använda booking.com utan att kontrollera direkt med hotellet I fortsättningen.

angenehme ruhige atmosphäre ,wo halt alles stimmig ist ! Wenn man ins schwimmbad möchte und nicht im haupthaus wohnt , muß man sich halt vollständig ankleiden ,aber ansonsten alles angenehm .

Animation für die Kinder Nicht ausreichende Kapazitäten beim Frühstück, obwohl weitere Restaurants geschlossen waren Kinderanimation zu festgeschriebenen Zeiten, wenn zu diesem Zeitpunkt kein Kind vor Ort, wird Kinderspielraum abgesperrt und es ist dann auch kein Animateur mehr verfügbar Dieses Hotel wäre super geeignet als Familienhotel, doch leider gewinnen hier immer mehr die Rentner die Oberhand.
