This family-run hotel is located in a tranquil and idyllic setting in the Eisenbachtal, one of the prettiest valleys in the Westerwald forest. The Hotel im Eisenbachtal offers comfortable rooms and cosy beds for a restful stay here in these beautiful surroundings. Wake up in the mornings after a peaceful nights’s sleep, and admire the view of the Eisenbach river or the surrounding forest. The house is particularly renowned for the Studentenmühle restaurant, which serves rustic cuisine and a range of Westerwald specialities. The same family has owned the restaurant for generations, and it specialises in preparing locally-caught venison and other game dishes. There are first-rate conference facilities here at the hotel. It is also the ideal venue to celebrate all special family occasions, in particular your wedding, the most important day of your life. A full range of function rooms are available, including a sumptuous banquet hall and a rustic lounge with its own bar and terrace.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful valley, and the staff is very friendly and helpfull. Ideal for walking trips in the forest or countryside. Some of the equipment is a bit outdated, but that is in correspondence with the price. Everything worked fine, so for us it was no issue, but just not expect "grandeur". It is mainly a quit place to have an excellent rest.

Goed was de vriendelijkheid van personeel , de kamer en het uitgebreide ontbijt Goed was de ligging niet ver van de snelweg 9 bleek achteraf !!! ) Goed was de prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding Wat ons tegenviel was niet iets aan het hotel maar de TomTom leidde ons dusdanig dat we uiteindelijk stil stonden midden in het bos op een bospad !!!

traumlage, wunderschön im tal, ringsherum nur wald und wiese. direkt an einem bach gelegen. zimmer liebevoll und geräumig, angenehm kühl. küche lecker. biergärten/terrassen je eine vor und hinterm haus. keine autobahngeräusche obwohl in nächster nähe. liebe hunde.. das obelix das widschwein weggefressen hatte und für mich nichts übrig gelassen hatte.. :-(

Zimmer sind katastrophal ausgestattet. Viel Holz mit Gold und Teppich aus der Jahrhundertwende.....Badtüre ging schwer auf - eine Renovierung kann für ein Hochzeitshotel (so beschreibt sich das Hotel selbst) wirklich nicht schaden..... Betten sind durchgelegen.....
