ÏMA Loft Apartments    

The area, the compactness, the convenience to restaurants, bars and the ubahn.

Limited cooking facilities, uncomfortable mattresses, very low roof in mini loft which may have been mentioned on the website but I don't remember this being so, noisy - construction going on all around starting at 7am, smelly and slow draining shower and kitchen sink drains. I realise the building is old.

Loved the City of Berlin

We were moved to second floor because the lift was out of order, clearly not a loft. No CD player and a tv from the last century. Woken at 8am Saturday morning by somebody using a drill outside our window.

Lift not working.total pain in the ass

I traveled with a group of art students. We all loved the place. Absolutly super. Nice roomy lofts, very central. Super nice people working there. Clean rooms, very quiet at night. Cafe in the building. The building is also a center for creative businesses.

The fridge in my room was a bit warm. It can be warm in the sleep oft but there is a fan in the room so it was not a problem.

- Elevator was broken down - Weird smell in the apartment - Noise in the hallway and on the roof before 7 am from builders, whole site is under construction - Gives the impression of a design apartment, but all furniture is pretty shabby

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location, plenty of nice bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. Free internet. Onsite,parking possible. I would definetly go there again.

Not too clean and somewhat smelly. Maintenance (light bulbs, toilet flush,...) could use some more attention.

Nice clean apartments. Good location only 2 minute walk to the subway and then a 5 min trip to Alexanderplatz. Helpful staff, overall a great place to stay in Berlin.

We loved our IMA loft apartment. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Yvonne was fabulous, provide great insight as to where to go in the area. This was our first trip to Berlin and we felt moe like locals than tourist, had a wonderful time!!

Reception isn't manned all the time so plan your arrival time in advance. We had to wait a little when we arrived but fortunately the coffee shop right there was fabulous and very friendly.

The staff is very helpfull and friendly. We liked to loft ambiance.

Note that the "Loft Appartment" is more approppriate for a family with 2 adults and 2 kids; than for 4 adults. For 4 adults/older kids rather consider the "Loft Suite".

Exactly what we needed, and more - a relaxing atmosphere, no push, friendly staff, quiet room.

Very nice staff, excellent accommodation.

Nice concept of small lofts. The ladies were sweet and helpfull. Very easy to get in the centre of town, city transports at 5 minutes walk. Was there during a week end, was quiet and nice. We all enjoyed it. Thank you to the team.

the room we stayed in was very stylish, id like an apartment like this was central to the parties we wanted to go too was well worth the morning the relaxed way you reserved our rooms and you took payment the flex on our checkout time... love germany.

IMA Loft Apartments were fabulous! The room was beautiful, clean, well furnished and super cool. The building that contained the lofts were awesome!! We were surrounded on all sides by artist studios, design firms, dance schools, all variety of super hip creative people. This place was not only a great place to stay but a bit of an urban utopia to witness. What a cool idea and so well executed!

Location, low price, comfort apartments, designer interior

There isn't everyday make-up in apartments

This hotel has a very good location, low price and high quality.

There is no everyday make-up in apartments. Reception works not 24-hours. In mini-lofts there isn't kitchen range.

The staff were very helpful, we didn't arrive until 9pm and the lady came from home to give us our key and showed us around. There is a lovely courtyard outside the building and the lift to the rooms was a scary novelty at 2am! The lofts are spacious and modern contrasting the outside factory look. Quick and free WiFi.

The surrounding road didn't look to safe, but had no trouble over our 3 days so no real negatives from my experience.

The lofts are amazingly beautifuno, clean, and well finished and in great locations. I also like my interactions with Yvonne, who is a delight!

Confusion on the first night re reservation and ended up staying farther away than I wanted to without promised wifi. Would rather have been waived the charge for the night rather than twenty percent discount.

Location was brilliant and the whole apartment complex was really nice and quirky. Very quiet at night and very safe when walking around at night. I would stay there again.

Perfect place to stay if you're with friends in Berlin, to visit, party and chill ! Don't expect a hotel, it's more like a private loft, the building is amazing. Huge converted warehouse! Impressive! We were there for the Berlin Festival, group of 3 girls, we did not need any hotel service, just a nice place to relax and sleep at. Definitely recommend these lofts.
