ÏMA Loft Apartments  

We like the place, the building, ana old manufactury, we like the subway station very close, we like the confort and the surface of the apartement.

We don't like the school dancing in the same building, with music every evening and a party until 3 am. More items for the kitchen should be better.

The apartments are located in an old warehouse in Kreuzberg. If you are a sucker for the whole industrial feel this is your place. Entrance of the apartments is through an old industrial elevator and but when you enter your loft everything is brand spanking new although you still have the feel of the old warehouse. They have a nice cafe/reception with free wifi (also in the rooms) and serve a great breakfast and lunch with freshly made dishes. Although I was only there for a day I would definitely come back!

During the weekends there are almost no attendands and in case of need You have to call them at the phone and wait for them

Friendly staff. Cool design.Location is not very well:Dark,dirty part of Berlin. There is not cooker own in mini-lofts.

Spacious and well equipped apartment, we felt like home. Good location, near metro and bus to train station just in front. Helpful and sympathetic staff.

We liked the bed above the closet, but need attention with the head.

Charmerende og rustikt, men alligevel moderne og trendy ;-) Tæt på metro, så det var nemt at komme omkring. God morgenbuffet I cafeen og venligt personale.

Ekstrasengene var direkte ukomfortable.

Lo que más me ha gustado es encontrarme en un ambiente alternativo, un fábrica de coches reconvertida. Te acogen muy bien, sobre todo una camarera española, de Cantabria, y la dueña, ¡que tiene unos ojazos!

Struttura dell'Hote

Spazio letto ricavato nel soppalco inadeguato per il soffitto troppo basso che costringe a posizioni e contorsioni innaturali e fastidiose. Inaccettabile per un Hotel

Die Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich. Man erhält Tipps (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants usw.). Das Café mit Rezeption hat günstige Essenspreise. Das Apartment ist hell und sauber (absehen von dem Geschirr, das die Vorgänger gerne gründlicher hätten reinigen können) und ist zum größten Teil im Ikea-Stil eingerichtet. Unser Bett war über dem Bad und Eingang, eine Treppe führt nach oben und dann geht es ein Stückchen auf allen vieren weiter. Wir hatten guten und kostenfreien WLAN-Empfang. Öffentliche Verkehsmittel sind alle in der unmittelbaren Umgebung genauso wie Discounter, Apotheke und Tankstelle

Hellhörig! Am Anfang des Korridors sind Eisentüren, die nicht wie gewünscht „carefully“ geschlossen werden, sondern mit einem lauten Knall zufallen. Leider hört man auch jedes Geräusch vom Flur. Und der Kühlschrank…, wir haben ihn nachts einfach ausgeschaltet.
