place looks great, cool building and funky loft style room. Bed was really comfortable and the room was very clean. free wireless but you have to log in every time you use it. Friendly staff I think that its a little bit pricey for what it is - although very comfortable and clean!

I love the the apartments as they are located close to party area of Berlin and centre. It is really quirky place with great designe, and the building itself is a big old werehouse which give an amazing atmosphere .

Struttura insolita perchè ricavata da una vecchia fabbrica di lampadari Pavimenti sporchi; letto matrimoniale formato da un materasso e rete appogiati per terra,le lenzuola sono di letto singolo per cui solo appoggiate e non incalzate; soffitto a 50 cm. D distanza, ti devi alzare dal letto piegato e rimanere così fino a quando scendi le scale. Il 3° letto è un divano scomodissimo sempre con lenzuola troppo piccole per poterle incalzare. Quasi tutti gli attrezzi da cucina sono inutilizzabili perchè sporchi o pieni di calcare. La doccia non può essere fissata e devi farti la doccia con la doccetta in mano. Le luci sono tristi,l'ascensore è tetro. Costa poco ma vale ancora meno!

On se sent vraiment chez soi, independance totale dans un cadre typiquement berlinois au sein d'une ancienne usine en briques rouges. On est entouré d'ateliers d'artistes, graphistes, ecole de danse et autres activités alternatives dans l'enceinte de cet ancien corps d'usine réhabilité avec gout tout en respectant l'esprit initial des lieux. Le personnel est discret et accueillant. Le brunch bar propose d'excellents petits dej bio jusqu'a 16/17h, ce qui, vous en conviendrez dans une ville festive telle que Berlin, est plus qu'adéquat! Quelques petits détails sont cependant à revoir. La télévision qui ne fonctionne pas très bien et qui est compliqué a mettre en marche avec un système de decodeur assez obscur et une synthonisation systematique du poste. Un seul jeu de clés est proposé à l'arrivée ce qui peut parfois créer quelques soucis... J'en ai fait les frais à 6h30 du matin!

Mooie kamers in een oude fabriek, bijzonder vriendelijke gastvrouw. Heerlijk biologisch ontbijt in het cafe. Openbaar vervoer op loopafstand. We hebben heerlijke dagen gehad en komen zeker terug! Een aanrader.

El apartamento era sencillo pero justo para nuestras necesidades, limpio comodo, wifi gratis cocina bien equipada. Junto 2 estaciones de metro.

God beliggenhed, fint værelse, alt rigtigt ok. Dog... ... det måtte gerne være tydeligt at hverken reception eller morgenmadsresturant er åben I weekenden. For at aftale check ud måtte jeg selv ringe til et "nødnummer" og kom ikke igennem før efter et halv døgn. Da det så skete, var alt så også ok og sevicebetonet.

Erg vriendelijk ontvangst (met een bakje thee) een heel bijzondere locatie (pakhuis) een heel goed ontbijt/lunch cafe en vlakbij het OV.. Er waren wat mankementjes zoals een niet werkende klok en een afvoer die slecht wegliep maar dit hebben we doorgegeven bij vertrekken en ze zouden dit verhelpen. Bij aankomst op zondag bleek er koffers van de vorige gasten in onze kamer te staan. Die bleken zondagochtend hebben willen uitchecken maar de receptie was dicht (eigenaar was ze waarschijnlijk vergeten want het was verder heel rustig, alleen wij zouden aankomen, daarom waren ze tot die tijd dichtgegaan) Toen hebben de koffers bij ons gestaan en aan het eind van de dag kwamen de mensen ze ophalen. Wij zijn wel makkelijk maar eigenlijk werd het niet professioneel opgelost, de eigenaar had eigenlijk de koffers moeten meenemen naar de receptie en zelf daar blijven tot ze werden opgehaald of ons een andere kamer geven

De locatie was uniek.Verscheidene lofts in een oude fabriek gebouwd. Het bruist er van de energie en bedrijvigheid van kunstenaars en leuke nieuwe iniatieven in de aangrenzende panden. Het ligt midden in Kreuzberg, het gezelligste en hipste gedeelte van Berlijn.

非常好的公寓 地理位置不错 在艺术区附近。虽然是旧楼可是房间干净整洁漂亮宽敞 此次欧洲之行最满意的酒店就是这间了 接待小姐服务热情周到 实在挑不出什么缺点 来柏林的朋友们很值得考虑 如果想自己做饭的话还能每天加10欧升级厨房 强烈推荐来这里哦 对了还有 如果超过晚上6点check in的话注意需要预约 忘记预约的话接待电话在cafe玻璃门上有贴着

La disponibilidad de las personas de recepción, el lugar en sí. Lástima que el café solo esté abierto entre semana y no el fin de semana, eso obliga a comprar desayuno por lo menos, y para un fin de semana es incómodo.

Fantastische ambiance in een oude fabriek, veel creativiteit in combinatie met de locatie in de stad. Prachtige nieuwe appartementen, prima uitvalsbasis voor een stedentrip. Klein puntje van kritiek zijn de 'betonnen' vloeren door het hele gebouw, waardoor hakken en rolkoffers extra luid klinken.

Excepcional ambiente, dentro del concepto del Berlin más cosmopolita. Diferente, nada parecido a lo que he visto antes y menos en España, donde encontrar este tipo de espacios es prácticamente imposible. Acojedor, buen precio y servicio muy atento.
