Our second visit to the Imperial, which is an outstanding example of a small, welcoming and superbly maintained hotel. The convenience of being collected from the DB station, direct access to the pedestrian-only promenade, tourist office, bus stops, shops and restaurants all in close proximity makes it ideal for a relaxing holiday in a delightful, traditional resort.

A lovely traditional building, sympathetically modernised with good facilities, an excellent buffet breakfast and although only a few yards from the centre of Binz is very quiet. We arrived by train from Berlin and we met by car from the hotel which was a much appreciated convenience.

Clean, comfortable room with good shower/ toilet facilities. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Close to most facilities in Binz. Not close to mainline or narrow gauge railway stations. However, the Hotel offers transport facilities to/from the main station on arrival/ departure. No restaurant for evening meals but there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

This hotel was about a 20 minutes flat walk from the main staition. Perfect location directly on the promanade but wouldnt have been so good if the weather wasnt nice. The side rooms have balconies that have sea views. Nice breakfast with hot and cold options. The pillows were useless, they had no support whatsover and dispite complaining they only provided another one in a similar state and with even two "dead" pillows together there was no head support

Trevligt mindre hotell som mycket centralt, nära till strand, vid strandpromenad och centrum. Parkering fanns och balkong med full insyn från grannhotellet, dock lite havsutsikt. Var ej ett rum med sk havsutsikt.

The hotel is very comfortable. The staff is very cooperative. They picked and dropped us from and to the GrosseBahnhof for free. The hotel room is a bit small but nice and clean. On a sunny day you might like to sit in the balcony and enjoy the view to the beach with sun on your back. It is very close to the beach and just opposite the tourist information office. The Hauptstr and the grocery store is also close by so you can get almost everything in proximity. The hotel provides the toiletries only once. I have travelled around the world and found only this hotel which provides the toiletries only on arrival regardless of how many days you stay.

Toplage direkt an der Strandpromenade. Das Zimmer hatte einen Balkon mit seitlichem Meerblick. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Reichlich Auswahl und es wurde immer nachgelegt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Hotel auf alle Fälle weiter empfehlen.

Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr lecker und es wurde immer frisch nachgelegt. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Villa Imperial hat meiner Meinung nach einen ganz besonderen Charme und ist eines der schönsten Hotels in Binz.
