Hotel Imperial Novum Frankfurt Messe am Palmengarten    

Big bowl of free little boiled sweets at reception; firm bed with a nice German quilt; attractive TV with German stations; pleasant locations with great shops, park and public transport very near. Lift fast and reliable; plenty of space in the room and wardrobe. Good safe in the room for valuables.

Hard to adjust the shower temperature; breakfast expensive for what was on offer (e.g. do-it-yourself instant coffee); slightly noisy facing the street even on the 5th floor, pleasant but traditional decor; half-empty vending machine. The sauna wasn't free as stated. A kettle with coffee/tea in the room would have been great.

Hotel located in quiet place, breakfast room well done. Good relation cost benefit.

The room was quite large and comfortable.

The rooms are very old - ours is in need of refurbishment. The floor we were on was being renovated and the workmen started before 7am each morning! I do not think it is appropriate for guests to placed on floors where work is being conducted. The workers smoked inside the building, meaning the whole floor smelt of stale cigarette smoke.

Got a queen size double for a steal around 80 euro. All info panels included english. Our room was very spacious. Heated bathroom floor. With hair dryer, swiveling beauty mirror and full size bathtub. I chose this hotel because I filtered my search for suana and fitness center. Turns out it had a steam room and tanning booth as well. Which me and the girlfriend used all to ourselves. Tried to get the same deal next weekend but the price went up...

The windows that everyone keep complaining about are actually automatically disabled/lock down at certain times to conserve heat I guess. At first I thought it was broken when the controls didn't respond but later the following night, it started closing on it's own so I jammed a cup in the opening to stop it. Ha! Dual heating water and t-stat forced induction which kinda worked. Breakfast and the suana were not included

It was located close to the Messe Frankfurt.

It was over-priced. Rooms were cold and heating was not working. Breakfast was expensive yet very mediocre. WiFi was very slow and not working all over the location as promised during the booking.

The hotel staff kindness, super! :) they helped me with city map and information about public bus and trains. And then..one of them spoke italian too :)))

Nice bath, nice bed, nice big tv, nice bigger room (comfort room) simple but oke breakfast for 7,50

The persenell was Jung and unpalicht. No minibar in the comfort rooms, all is old!!! Bathroom with shouwercurtan. No pay tv. Parking lift was not working. Whare renovating the building on Monday 18-12-12 on 7.30 in the morning in front of my window. Not nice. Would not go again!

no internet at all, it was very very very slow. I couldn't get my emails.

Good hotel very very comfortable room. Location might be a little far from the metro or s-bahn, but still easy to find.

I together with my friend spent there 4 nights. Everything was ok! No troubles or problems. Evrything as it should be. I liked the room, there were a lot of free place. And I liked confortable bed!!!

There was only one inconvenence: the conection to the Internet should be through HOTSPOT which was avaliable only on the first flour. So each time I need to go down from 5th floor to register first.
