Good atendiment, excellent breakfast, clear and nice

Breakfast was super.

Internet was available only in lobby and for additional cost.

Buffet breakfast...worthy of 4 plus star hotel...ample, diverse, fresh and tasty

Almost everything else...dated, on outskirts of city, cramped room. Did not stay there a lot,though, just slept.

Greatly staff and buffet breakfast. Nice clean room and big shower.

Room is too light in the morning because don't have shutters.

Great location, close to Pasing railway station and therefore links to the city. Good selection for breakfast and overall very good value for money.

Modest hotel but very clean and very well maintained. Staff were friendly; the single room was of a good size with excellent shower etc. Breakfast was included; was of very good quality with a great deal of choice. Good airport link too - 50 minutes to Pasing mainline station. Pasing has a big shopping arcade and plenty of bars and restaurants. Munich is very rich and varied in cultural life.

Pasing is not in the centre but I knew that; but it has very fast access to the centre after a 10 minutes walk. The S8 goes to the airport direct. In May 2013 the tram tracks in the road outside were being pulled up so walking to the railway station was unavoidable and there was dust and noise in the street during the daytime. This won't last.

Bedroom and bathroom were far too small, no room to move and not very comfortable.

Most of the staff was friendly, room service extremely friendly and helpful. Not far from the train that takes you direct to the city center and airport

One front desk guy was rude and unpleasant to deal with. Rooms have no air circulation, stayed damp and humid all 3 days even though the bathroom fan stayed on all day. Extremely overpriced for the quality. A 3 minute phone call got charged out to 13 minutes and 16 Euro's! And it had to be paid, no argument. I was told it was 19 cents for a call, not for 10 seconds of talk (same unfriendly front desk guy)

The hotel was clean. Staff on reception and serving breakfast were friendly and welcoming. Location was fine with train station close by and journey into central Munich only 10-15 mins. Breakfast in the hotel was good with plenty of choice. Rooms in hotel, whilst small were comfortable.

Lots of noise due to a party of schoolchildren staying at the hotel. Walls could be thicker!

Noise coming from corridor/neighbours. For Internet access you have to install modem yourself which is a bit awkward.

They lost our reservation and we were lucky that we had a free room, because hotel was totally booked with very loud students, chek twice your reservation!

We were led to group buffet, just because we were asian.(That morning chinese team were there.). Next time please ask room number.(Not just looking face color)

Internet access should be free of charge for the visitors. Today's world it is absoluately wierd to charge the visitors for the internet.

The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice on offer.

The bed was not very comfortable and the pillow was old and not suitable. The hot water system only provided luke warm water. Although the breakfast was very good the seating in the dining room created a feeling of being in a factory canteen.The lift seemed to have a mind of it's own as on several occasions it stopped on the correct floor but then the door would not open and then it would descend back down to the ground floor. The overall feel of this hotel is shabby and I would class it as a 2 star only because of the breakfast. I would not stay here again.

I was impressed by the breakfast they serve: such a great variety of foods! ;) The rooms are very tidy and regularly cleaned. The staff are very helpful.

It's quite far from the centre and you have to walk about 20 minutes to get to the train station. But the bus stop is not far ( if you want to get to the centre, you'll have to take a bus and then change to the tram. It takes a lot of time!). There is wi-fi in the lobby and it costs 2 euros for half an hour! :(
