We loved the location! Close to Alexanderplatz, shopping, and Museum Island.

WIFI IS NOT FREE! You get a basic account, a few MB and after you use that you have to pay 8 Euros. Hard to us as we needed to check emails/let family know we arrived safely. Since the site said free we had to argue with the staff each night in order to get a free pass for more then the small MB's. Room was very small! No place for us to put our luggage aside from under the bed.

Great staff-customer orientatedand fluent English speaking,modern,boutique hotel,fabulous breakfast,large room,comfortable bed,huge bathroom/washroom,it had a safe,it had towelling robes,spotlessly clean,view of Alexanderplatz.

My wife complained about the lack of dressing facility ie no dressing table with mirror and socket(for hair dryer,curling tongues etc)

The location was good for going exploring but the area around Alexanderplatz is a bit grey the hotel was lovely and one of the bar staff was really friendly and helpful and even booked us a table at a restaurant that he had recommended for a romantic meal as my boyfriend and I had got engaged the night before

that it was right next to a tram line and what sounded like a techno all night rave club!

It would have been nice to hear from the hotel stuff about all the facilities offered by the hotel, the gym or etc ;), the internet was a bit slow :(

Good location

Rooms are really small, so small that it's uncomfortable for couple to stay in double suite. Almost no place to put luggage. When you turn on the light in wc - the whole room is shining.

It is a big advantage that breakfast starts already at 6 a.m., even on Sunday. Very kind staff, good location.

1- The hotel upgraded our room since we were staying for 6 nights. 2- Location is only 3-5 minute walk to Alexanderplatz U-Bahn (Underground). 3- Reception staff were smiling.

1- The hotel blocked €500 extra from the credit card without informing us, which left us struggling with the cc limit during our stay. 2- Cleaning service is bad, my wife's lipstick was still on the glass and they just covered the cup with paper cover and our toothpaste was missing and it re appeared near the sink the next day. 3- internet is very slow, you can't even watch a Youtube video. 4- room floor was not cleaned and no slippers in the room until we asked for them in our 4th night. 5- The bathroom has glass walls in front of the bed... If you open the bathroom light at night the other sleeping person will wake up from the light or the sounds. 6- All the channels are in German except couple news channels, and no pay/on demand service. 7- shampoo and conditioner has very strong mint that itches the skin and the eyes even without going in them, and the soap really dries the skin. 8- The rooms are not soundproofed as they claim on the description, you can hear people in the corridors and walking people outside. 9- You have to use the card key in the elevator even when you want to go down to the lobby, so if you forget your card in the room, you are stuck on the flood. 10- Very expensive breakfast.

The staff was excellent - from the front desk to the bar staff! They make a great aperol spritz too. The rooms were very comfortable and the screen print on the shower glass was very cool.

Good location, only 3 minutes from Alexanderplatz. Modern interiors of rooms and cafe. Friendly english speaking staff.

View out the room window was a courtyard.

The mood in the hotel was very nice, maybe because of Christmas time. The staff was very friendly, and the beds very comfortable.

We didn't try the breakfast, essentially because of its price.

This is not a 4 stars hotel. Although the hotel was a good value for the money, we were expecting a much more luxurious hotel. The room was very small and the staff was very junior. If you are looking for a 4 stars hotel, do not go there. But if you are ok with 3 stars then this can be a great place.

Great hotel - very new, stylish, lovely modern rooms and very clean and tidy! Location is very good - close to buses, trams and central railway station.

Comfort and its style

Fantastic staff. Perfect central location. Modern room decor. Great shower. Excellent food and cocktails in the bar.

Internet was free which was great, but it was a little slow. Fine to browse websites, but too slow to load videos E.G. youtube

It was so central to the main square, shops u-bahn, s bahn, restaurants. The room was stunning , shower to die for. Very clean

The heat in the room, it was so hot you could only open one window 1", i assume for safety. The air conditioning was no good , so was very hot and not able to sleep at night. Did mention at reception but the young man just laughed.

Excellent bar within walking distance to shops.
