wifi is not working!

The hostel is situated very well to tour Berlin. Trains and Underground are close by. Great staff that was very helpful and friendly at all times. The rooms were tidy, so were the bathrooms. The breakfast was of good quality and the price of 5 Euro more than adequate. Parking was available to us even without a reservation. I can only strongly recommend that place. I am looking forward to my next trip there.

Not good value for price

I like the price of e dom room ... The cleanliness of the bed ... The hostel was near the puplic transportaion ( the U bahn and the S bahn and the Metro and even the Bus ) .... The location was very good ( near the east side gallery ) .... It was a very good stay for me .

You have to pay for the internet in the rooms ..... You have to check out before 10 in the morning and this is pretty early .

Could not drink in rooms

The staff went beyond their means to assist us in our queries and request. Also, the location is perfect as not only is it near the train station, it is also within walking distance to most of the attarctions in Berlin, that is, if you enjoy walking. The room itself is extremely clean and comfortable, not to mention, well furnished. We indeed loved our room.

The staff was amazing and greatly helpful. I really enjoyed the stay both in the hostel as well as in the city in general. Great location, good breakfast, great value for money. I would highly recommend!

I liked the dorm room and its en-suite facility. Also the main reception area is nice.

I didn't like the fact that the free wi-fi is only available in the main reception area.

We had a great stay. We travel a lot as a group so we stay in a lot of hostels. This was the best hostel we have stayed in. Our room was a 10 bed dorm which usually is tiny, just enough room for beds. But this was huge, so much room for our bags and to relax. We also had our own bathroom with a shower which was great. We aren't a big party group so were really happy with how quiet the hostel was. Very clean, friendly staff, cheap beer at the bar, close to the U Bahn and with some good places to eat/drink nearby. Also so close to the East Side Gallery. Loved it, will be staying here again in the future.

our room and bathroom wrer super clean! the loaction is great: right next to a S+U bahn and a minute walk from many bars, resturants and shops.

you need to pay 1 E an hour for wi-fi in your room.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was great for us-just a short walk from the S-Bahn and U-Bahn, which took us straight into the city each day. The double rooms were clean and spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was ample and tasty. Really, we had a fantastic stay :)

Great location and price, had a 4 person room with own bathroom with was ideal for what we needed, great atmosphere inside and outside the hotel, great location.

PARKING! Even for a huge van. Location is brilliant, and staff are wonderful.

Good location

Excellent location, away from the mainstream tourist areas and accordingly cheaper, but in a very interesting area of its own, with good restaurants and bars. Within easy public transport reach of all the main sites. An upmarket hostel rather than a down-market hotel, well- organised and well-managed, friendly helpful staff, very clean - in other words good basic accommodation to allow you to enjoy a very friendly and interesting city. Recommended.

Room overlooked a recycling depot which was quite noisey in the morning (especially after a late night).
