Mikäli varaus peruutetaan tai sitä muutetaan viimeistään 5 vrk ennen saapumista, veloitetaan varauksen kokonaishinta.
Mikäli varaus peruutetaan tai sitä muutetaan tätä myöhemmin tai asiakas ei saavu paikalle, veloitetaan varauksen kokonaishinta.
Lapset ja lisävuoteet
Yksi alle 4-vuotias lapsi majoittuu ilmaiseksi käytettäessä huoneessa olevia vuoteita
Huoneeseen ei mahdu lisävuodetta/vauvansänkyä.
Lemmikkieläimet
Lemmikkieläimet ovat sallittuja pyydettäessä. Niistä voidaan veloittaa maksu.
Hyväksytyt luottokortit
Luottokortteja ei hyväksytä, ainoastaan käteinen.
Hotelli pidättää oikeuden varata katteen luottokortilta etukäteen.
Keittiön mukavuuksiin kuuluu jääkaappi, sähköliesi, leivänpaahdin, vedenkeitin, kulhoja ja vuokia, keittiövälineitä ja tiskikone.
Kaikki huoneistot sijaitsevat helpon kävelymatkan päässä supermarketista, joten voit helposti valmistaa itse ruokasi.
Jos asiakas saapuu klo 19.00 jälkeen, häneltä veloitetaan lisämaksu, mikä riippuu saapumisajankohdasta. Otathan hotelliin yhteyttä saadaksesi lisätietoa.

The appartment was just perfect! Even better than the one that appears in your website. Extremely clean and tide, very spacious,with all facilities you would expect to find, not in a hotel room but to a proper family appartment! Location was also excellent, right in the middle of everything, 2 mins walk from the metro. People responsible for the apartment were very friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommended, the best choise we could have made!!! |

The location was really good! You are 5 min. walk from the underground. Also a lot of restaurants are 10 min. walking away from the appartment. A couple of things:1. The announced wire-less internet was not available in the room. 2. The person you have to contact to go in your room after openinghours is hardly reacheable on his mobile, this cost me 1 hour!! 3. I was totally not happy with the fact that the price of booking.com was not all inclusive, but you have to add a 30 euro fee for cleaning and also extra fees for arriving late! |

The apartment was clean and the location was good, relative central, 15 minutes from the main railway station and surrounded with places to drink coffee and/or have a low cost breakfast We had to pick-up the key at a remote office, which is only open till 18h- after that time you have to pay a relative large amount depending on the time of night. The apartment had no curtains, which is not a real problem at winter time (sun light around 8h) but not in summer time. You had to pay an extra charge for €30 for 3 nights, which should be included in the rate. We would not stay in the same location anymore |

Excellent all round and good value. Very clean modern apartment in superb location. Cheerful greeting despite late arrival. Helpful city and parking information given. Sunday 10.00 am checkout is a little mean and would like the cleaning charge of €30 to be posted more clearly on booking pages instead of the email confirmation once booked! |

This is a new apartment with everything you need, except possibly a microwave oven. It is very near to the S and U bahnhof, a large shopping centre and restaurants. Its about 15 minutes walking distance to Brandanburg gate. I would definitely book this hotel again in future. |

Hotel was greate! Great location, 2min from metro station (lineU6), 15min walking from Branderburger gate, 15min from Alexander Platz... From airport we came with taxi for 15min and it cost as 23e.Apartment is clean, big, in nice and quite neighborhood. Near by apartment (4min) is a supermarket where you can by a food. Pictures of apartment in website is original. I been there with friends for 5 days and i recommendit to everyone. Great value for money and great location. |

Great apartment. Fully equipped kitchen. Two extraordinary Bathrooms, wonderful shower. Each bedroom with LCD TV, Radio, CD and DVD player. Amazing beds, you just sleep like a baby. Next to the Senefelderplatz U-Bahn. We were 6 people so it was perfect... Just some sugestions: The creaking of the wooden floor when walking in the kitchen cause discomfort because one room is right next to. Transparent or even without curtains in the kitchen/living room and some bedrooms. |

The location was perfect and the facilities too The sleeping sofa was terrible, for two adults is impossible to sleep in it. The apartment is decorated with great taste is actually weird that they didn't think about the comfort of the sleeping sofa, there are many in the market not to expensive and much better quality. The second thing was that the staff was rude when we ask them if they could send us something we thought we had forgotten. Thank God at the end we had actually packed it, but they were really not nice when we called and asked. |

Very efficent at check in. Huge apartment with three separate sleeping areas. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Ultra modern and close to Mohenstrasse tube on the U2 line for easy access to all Berlin and within 15 minutes walk of Sony Centre and Potsdamer Platz.Great chinese takeaway and pizza place 2 minutes walk. |

It was nice to stay at an apartment where you could come and go as you please and make the place your own. I did not think the apartment was anything special. The bed was broken and we ran out of toilet paper within the first couple hours of staying and there was not an extra role. I just didn't think the apartment was anything special and next time would rather stay at a nice hostel or hotel. Also the apartment was advertised as a 1 bedroom but it was really a studio. |
