The location was perfect. We felt very safe and could walk or take the underground to all the sites and areas we wanted to visit.

Having to meet outside apartment and pay in cash. Although there was not a problem and everything worked out ok it did make us think twice about booking in the first place.

Nice experience living in an apartment, made us feel like citizens
of Berlin. Location was good, although it took some time to
understand it :)

There could be (better) directions about how to reach the place. We
missed the ability to ask for help and directions from the staff as
there is none. It didn´t feel good to bother the landlady and once I
really needed her and called I reached the voicemail and noone ever got
back to me.

The apartment was spotlessly clean on arrival. It was large and modernly
furbished. It was so easy to check in and check out. The location was
unbeatable. It was fully equipped to make self-catering really really
easy, even down to dishwasher tablets.

Nothing at all - highly recommended.

New, clean,a few minutes walk to the nearest bus/train stop.Relatively good location .

1.Change window curtains as the existing are thin and not wide enough 2.provide more than one pillows for each bed 3. mattresses were very soft .4. road noise excessive sometimes (we stayed in the 2nd floor) 5.Accept credit cards 6.Cleaning expense is not an option,it is mandatory,therefore it should be incorporated in the price,as it happens with all other hotel appartments
