Very attentive and helpful personnel. Good breakfast. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings. Nice decoration in the room and outside. Room prepared for the disabled. Only a faint bad smell from the bathroom, probably something from the pipes.

Breakfast is good (the coffee great), the staff friendly and polite. Parking is for free. Wi-fi is not free. Towels are very old, and the wear and tear shows (allthough they were clean)

The day manager was very helpful in answering questions about local attractions. He had a friendly, outgoing personality and spoke excellent English. It's a bit far away from the center of town.

Service der Mitarbeiter, sehr schnelle und sehr zuvorkommender Service an der Reception. Gutes Frühstück. Liegt nicht in Laufweite zur City oder zum hbf, ohne Auto ist man auf das Taxi angewiesen.

Gut gefuehrtes Haus. Zimmeraustattung mit Kuehlschrank waere Ideal. Leider ist es zur Strassenseite ab 5:30 Uhr morgens laut. Es beginnt mit dem Aufschliessen der Sicheruing der Alumoebel und setzt sich dann ueber Autostarten und andere Geraeusche fort. Es ist keine Beschwerde, sondern eigentlich nur eine Anregung etwas zu veraendern.

Wie schon von anderen Gaesten beschrieben, ist es schlecht, wenn das Badlicht ausgeht, waehrend man unter der Dusche steht. Vielleicht hilft ein weiterer Bewegungsmelder oder eine andere Position eines vorhandenen.

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Personnel à l'accueil le soir de notre arrivée très moyen mais excellent le lendemain matin. Cet hôtel est loin d'être un hôtel de luxe, mais il est tout à fait correct. Il est très bien équipé pour les handicapés. L'accueil à notre arrivée, les oeufs brouillés au petit déjeuner très secs, connexion internet très compliquée.

INNdependence is een rustig hotel net buiten de binnenstad. Een hotel zonder poespas, zonder kapsones. Efficient ingericht, met vriendelijk personeel dat het je graag naar de zin maakt.

Uitstekend hotel op 5' van het centrum.geen grote luxe maar zeer nette, ruime kamers met balkon en zicht op de tuin. prijs/kwaliteit is ok. personeel doet zijn uiterste best om het je naar je zin te maken.

Wir waren für zwei Nächte in diesem Hoel untergebracht und hatten zwei Doppelzimmer, die über eine Verbindungstür verbunden waren. Die Zimer ware sauber und sehr groß. Durch das offene Fenster drang etwas Strassenlärm in das Zimmer. War aber nicht so laut. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück und Essen waren OK. Werde das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Cio' che mi ha stupito maggiormente e' la grande attenzione posta alla rimozione delle barriere architettoniche. Inoltre il servizio di pulizia e' eccellente cosi' come la disponibilita' dello staff. Le camere ampie e dotate di servizi spaziosi e con finestre.

Freundliches Personal, Frühstück okay, Zimmer war sehr groß und es war ruhig. Das Haus ist vollständig barrierefrei. Etwas einfach (Mobiliar und Handtücher) für 3 Sterne

Sehr ruhige Lage - vom Strassenverkehr ist praktisch nichts zu hören, extrem geräumiges Bad, aber keine Wanne da dieses Hotel speziell auf benachteiligte Menschen abgestimmt ist.
