The extraordinary style of the room including the nicely shaped shower is worth a stay in this hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. My second stay in this hotel and I would definitely do it again.

Friendly personal. Close to the bus station. Rooms include small kitchens with every think needed. Excellent price/quality ratio!!! Very expensive wi-fi... (If you have a laptop - ask the wire and use the Internet free!)

Not far to Duseldof airport, we just stop there for a sleep. The room is comfortable, especially the bath room. The price is attractive. The car park will be limited if you arrive late.

It was holiday season and all facilities were open by limited scale. There is no room service, restaurant was not open. Breakfast was not buffet, but on-demand with very limited scale as well. Maintenance was not well done as well - even the strong heat, air-conditioner was not working for whole rooms, soap storage on the wall inside the shower booth was broken. Little amenities.

Bin häufig in Ratingen/Düsseldorf aus familiären Gründen. Dieses Hotel bietet meiner Meinung nach das beste Preis/Leistungsverhältnis im Vergleich zu den anderen grösseren Hotels in der Umgebung. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ruhig und modern. Der Preis war absolut ok.

In het restaurant waren meerdere gerechten van het menu niet beschikbaar op vrijdag.Het uiteindelijk bestelde gerecht werd vervangen door een ander zonder vragen.Op zondag liep het ontbijt niet zo vlot, mensen van de balie moesten inspringen.Na het ontbijt stelde men de vraag "May we offer you a glass of Prosecco" bij het verlaten van de ontbijtruimte rekende men hiervoor dan wel 10 € (wat we later bij de afrekening terugkregen). De rekening klopte niet en was hoger dan de prijs van Booking.com. Aan de hand van de reserverings papieren werd dit rechtgezet. De volledig open badkamer naar het slaapgedeelte is minder aangewezen voor een reis met vrienden.

Обратите внимание , завтрак в стоимость отеля не включен.Неоправданно дорогой завтрак - 19евро с человека , причем йогурт и фруктовый салат были прокисшими.

Chambre moderne et spacieuse. Grand parking. Correct sans plus Internet payant, pas de chaine de télévision en français et image de très mauvaise qualité... Douche ouverte directement sur la chambre avec donc un grand manque d'intimité.Petit déjeuner trop cher :18 euros ! Pas de facilités café/thé dans la chambre.

Der Wellness Bereich ist überschaubar, aber für eine Business-Hotel wirklich ok. Die Sauna war eh den ganzen Abend über leer. Hotelmitarbeiter waren in meinem Fall sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Würde ich mir so öfter wünschen! :-)

- Frühstück hervorragend! - Sauberkeit sehr gut - Freundliche Mitarbeiter - kostenlose Minibar - großes geräumiges Zimmer - kostenlose Internetnutzung (allerdings nur per Kabel) - toll aber unnötig: Wärmelamoe im Bad - Verbindung zur Messe sehr umständlich und langwierig (45-60 Minuten), - Fernseher war sehr alt und umständlich zu bedienen

Als pensionierter Manager bin ich von der Ausstattung der Räume und der ruhigen Umgebung beeindruckt. Ich war erstaunt über die Unaufmerksamkeit des Servicepersonals bezüglich des Frühstücksbuffets und bei der Beachtung der Gäste im Frühstücksraum. Wir mussten sowohl das Personal auf fehlende Teile am Buffet als auch auf Nachreichungen des Kaffees aufmerksam machen. Den Kaffee haben wir uns Z.B. selbst abholen müssen.

Zimmer sehr sauber, moderne Kitchenette, kleines Sofa, das offene Bad mit der Runddusche hat mir sehr gefallen. Freundliche Mitarbeiter, nachts recht ruhig, bequemes Bett, leckeres Frühstück Der Frühstücksraum wirkt recht "kalt", aber deswegen schmeckt das Essen ja nicht schlechter ;-)

Het hotel was comfortabel en schoon. De kamer aangenaam ingericht. Dichtbij Dusseldorf ons reisdoel. Verder waren er nog leuke steden in de buurt De kussens waren wat slap en de automatisch doorspoelende wc spoelde vaak door.
