Fantatsic architecture, clean and spacious rooms. Exellent breakfast. Very quiet Far outsidz the city centre with port public transport, so if you dont travel by car, very expensive on taxis

Breakfast was delicious and served from 6:00 to 12:00 allowing everyone to take their time. The hotel is far away from the center and public transportantion connections on the weekend are very very poor. There was no business center, nor free wi-fi.

The room service meal was actually very good well presented good quality not usual microwave rubbish Design lifts it from what is a budget hotel shower in room quite trendy very quiet location Gym spa bit over rated Had chosen it as thought had a good one. Location bit out way for city centre but good for lots if cos in immediate area.

Very overpriced restaurant and not many 'average joe' item to choose from. However, there is a TelePizza within a minute or so walking. Free parking is very limited, 5 spots, everyone else has to pay 16Euro a night so try very hard to get in one those spots. Location was great, very close to the train into dusseldorf.

A reach choice of different alcohols. Free minibar. A small kitchen. You are able to cook something for yourself. Bartender needs 15-20 min. to prepare 4 drinks and 4 beers. He was very very slow. Spa facility open to short. 30 minutes before session ends the temp. in sauna was about 70C Degrees. Whirlpool was closed. Too less TV Programms. Our bathrooms was not cleaned enough.

design is really good - makes a change from bland chain hotels. I like the ambience. bath towels are small and rough. Hairdriers are heavy and under powered. wi fi has to be paid for separately. room service menu is limited.

Really nice and chic modern design. Very quiet. Convenient access to high way. All necessary comfortable set-up available in room included. Although the quality is not bad, the 19,- EUR breakfast is still too expensive.

Buiten de milieu zone dus zonder problemen met de auto te bereiken. Parkeren kan tegen betaling in de garage onder het hotel. Op een paar minuten lopen zijn meerdere tram/metro haltes die rechtstreeks naar het centrum leiden. De kamers zijn schoon en modern. We hadden een kamer voor 70 euro en daarmee was de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding prima.

Hotel di design con personale gentile e colazione ottima per qualità e quantità Circa 15 min. Dal centro anche se la metro è dietro l'angolo. Internet in camera solo con cavo. No wifi!

Wellness Bereich nur bis 10:00h morgens geöffnet, dann erst wieder ab 17:00h. Wenn man nur 1 x übernachtet, ist das Angebot gar nicht zu nutzen. Dies war uns leider nicht bewusst. Im Innside by Melia in Düsseldorf-Derendorf ist der Wellness Bereich den ganzen Tag geöffnet, so kann man nach dem Ausschecken noch schön in die Sauna.

Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. En we konden een massage krijgen op de kamer, welke erg goed was. Ontbijt was goed. Complete desillusie. Ook al zit je in het zakengebied, je verwacht toch bepaalde faciliteiten. Bijvoorbeeld het kunnen nuttigen van een maaltijd 's avonds, wat dus op zondagavond niet mogelijk is. Het bed was ook bijzonder slecht!

Prima hotel, echter tijdens de jaarwisseling erg uitgestorven. Het hotel heeft zelfs het restaurant gesloten op 31 december. In de stad zelf waren ook veel restaurants gesloten, hierdoor waren we genoodzaakt om aan de overkant bij het Novotel restaurant en bar gesloten op 31 december! bubbelbad in wellness defect

Prima ontbijt, mooie ruime kamers. Het personeel bij de balie en in het restaurant waren bijzonder onvriendelijk. Geïrriteerd reageren op vragen, bestek zonder iets te zeggen afruimen terwijl je nog niet klaar bent, dat soort dingen.

Service, personeel en bed vielen helaas zwaar tegen. Personeel spreekt niet eens goed nederlands. We wilde wat drinken in de bar, kon niet en we moesten zelf maar vragen of dit mogelijk was aan het personeel daar. 4x de sleutel van de kamer moeten laten vervangen omdat het systeem niet goed werkte. Badkamer zat onder de kalk.

Das Hotel liegt recht nah am Messegelände und ist gut zu erreichen (sowohl öffentlich, als auch per Auto). Für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse und Sternekategorie hätte ich deutlich mehr erwartet: freundlicheres und aufmerksameres Personal und ein saubereres Zimmer.
