Design and staff We used special offer - reduced price and also so advertised free minibar was reduced accordingly - it consisted of 2 mineral waters, cola and juice... Very expensive breakfast and poor opportunities to eat outside the hotel. You can offer the food in your room only by 22.00 on working days. Be ready for that when use special offers of this hotel |

Hotel is on a convenient location to visit the inner city . Nice places/restaurants are rather nearby as well. At least we do not mind to take a walk of 20 minutes. Parking is somewhat problematic an rather expensive if you use the parking. Even then you have to find a space after checking out. The price of of the breakfast is too high, with €18 per person. |

I really enjoyed the design: the reception, the restaurant, the transparent elevator, the wellness and the transparent shower.The food was excellent: at dinner and breakfast.As I went during the weekend, I had many parking places available for free. The staff, at breakfast, took long to serve us.If you want to go to the Messe, you have to take 2 trams: 1 to the city center and a second one to the Messe. |

Hospitality (reception desk) professional and with a smile. Rooms are practical and clean. It is easy to reach. Breakfast is ok. Internet is charged at 8 Euro for 1 hour, or 26 Euro for 30 days. In a business hotel, Internet access should be offered for free. Also the parking space comes at cost. Companies who want to have 2 employees in 1 room (costs) should be ware of the design of the room (transparant shower in the center of the room). |

Booked cheap. Rooms up to par. Easy access to inner-city. Staff was friendly. The transparent shower cabin put us off balance a little. |

great design, original restaurant, no bad surprises it's not right in the center of Dusseldorf, but you can take the tram to the city center, it takes about 10 minutes |

Friendly staff, very clean and fresh room. Very fast taxi service, at least outside of rush hours Boring area - mostly hotels - with no interesting sights nearby. Dead ugly, prison style, building from the outside, gets muchbetter in the rooms. |

Metro yhteydet ok. Mutta matkat jotka ilmoitettiin asemille (50 ja 150m) ei pitänyt paikkaansa. Todelliset ehkä 200 ja 450m. |

Der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr nett und hat gute Empfehlungen zu sehenswerten Orten und Restaurants in der Stadt gegeben und zu den Möglichkeiten die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zu nutzen Der angepriesene Spa-Bereich ist zwar optisch schön gestaltet es fehlen jedoch große Handtücher und Bademäntel für die Gäste. In einem 4-Sterne Hotel kann man soetwas ruhig erwarten. Auch haben wir ein Zimmer für zwei Personen gebucht und nur eine Bettdecke und Handtücher für eine Person bekommen. Nach Reklamation wurde uns die zweite Bettgarnitur einfach nur in einem Haufen aufs Bett gelegt. Zudem hatten wir ein 140 Bett für zwei Personen. Auf meine Anfrage nach einem normalen Doppelbett bekam ich zur Antwort, das dieses Hotel lediglich solche Betten stellt. Beim Verlassen des Hotels sah ich allerdings ein offenes Zimmer das durchaus ein ganz normales Doppelbett beinhaltete. |

Das "Fitnessstudio" ist ein absoluter Witz, alte verrostete Geräte die sich teilweise nicht einstellen lassen. Für eine Flasche Mineralwasser im Restaurant 8,--€ ist schon sehr vermessen. |

Pulizia Avrei accessoriato di più le camere. Mancava specchio in camera.La camera era doppia e l'armadio era piccolo. Le prese di corrente erano tutte tedesche, una limitazione per un'albergo internazionale. Un'albergo di design con un televisore a tubo catodico??? Nessuna presa di corrente in bagno pertanto niente rasoio elettrico. |

Tijdens mijn verblijf en bezoek aan de Düsseldorfer Messe kon ik gratis gebruik maken van de U-bahn waardoor ik mij snel en efficiënt kon verplaatsen. De kosten voor het parkeren ervoer ik als exceptioneel duur. Het restaurant biedt een klein doch smaakvolle kaart. 'sAvonds vond ik het erg donker in het restaurant aangezien de kaart onleesbaar bleek zelfs bij kaarslicht. |

Prachtig strak design, met als eyecatcher een open badkamer en een douche (met glazen wanden!) midden in de kamer. Goed schoongemaakt. De kaart in het restaurant is beperkt, maar het eten is fantastisch. Ook het ontbijtbuffet is uitgebreid en goed. Geen informatie over de omgeving op de kamer, de airco werkte niet, geen roomservice en harde bedden. Dat wat het hotel biedt, is fantastisch uitgewerkt, maar het is minimaal. |
