Υπέροχη θέα από το δωμάτιο.. Όμορφο και καθαρό, ευγενικό προσωπικό, πολύ όμορφο το piano bar του 22ου ορόφου! Επίσης, πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, δίπλα στην όπερα. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!! φτωχό σε επιλογές το μενού του room service. |

Absolutely everything! Fantastic view from the hotel room!! Spacious rooms, comfortable beds! Very professional and Very helpful staff!! Located right in the heart of the city centre. We’ve had very pleasant stay in this beautiful hotel. Definitely come back there again! I would highly recommend this hotel!! |

The view from our room. The hotel owns the 22nd floor till the 29th. So the view is very nice. Also the location, next to the financial and shopping center. |

The view over the city was incredible. The room was very clean and well furnished. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The access to the room was a bit difficult with all the codes, elevators and doors but it was fine. |

Their matress is a back killer- both my wife and I had stiff back and neck after sleeping on their matress. We had the same problem 6 years ago. Otherwise we did not have any major problem. |

The view from the hotel room was fantastic, & obviously it was very quite (we were on the 24th floor) It's a shame that hotels (this one included) have to be gready when it comes to room prices during the Automechanika fair, during the trade fair prices had increased by nearly 250% |

The hotel was so cheap they would not even comp the parking for the misleading website add. And I have the distinct impression it was because I am an American. The staff, and the outrageous price of the new room. |

The rooms were very clean and I got the view I requested on booking. Window shutters were very high tech. Decor was Japanese style and quite interesting. This is not a 5star hotel; we think it 3*. Some reception staff were fairly clueless. No concierge most of time. Hardly any info in rooms. Couldn't ring reception. Hotel was over a bank & so every door and lift needed keys & pin numbers- not what you want on 5* break. Little air in the room, which was on 24th floor. Minibar had no spirits. Bar/restaurant was closed on Sunday. Room had no bath. |
