De vriendelijkheid van het personeel U moet een werkende creditcard bij u hebben als borg. Dit heeft mij gestoord aangezien ik er geen heb, dus moest ik direct betalen. Verder prima hotel. |

ligging, uitzicht uit kamer, ontbijt eerste nacht in kamer met "connecting door". om midderenacht hadden de russische buren een feestje op kamer met min. 4 man en veel drank en extreem veel lawaai. dus niet slapen (extreem gehorig, wat voor deze prijs niet mag). |

Het uitzicht vanuit mijn kamer Mijn secretaresse heeft geprobeerd de kamer om te boeken en een nacht eerder de kamer te reserveren en een dag eerder vertrekken. Dit heeft ze rechstreeks bij het hotel gedaan. Men heeft haar gezegt dat de nacht van dinsdag op woensdag wel 391 euro bij aankomst was er geen kamer vrij. en moest zelf maar met U contact opnemen |

Great girl at the reception, very politely and service. She had a crowd, but she found time to show us the city map of where to go further. Large rooms with excellent views. Glass walls... We forgot to leave mastercard at the reception, and while we were away they blocked our entry cards, perhaps in fear that we will not pay. We are not this kind of guests. In this category of the hotel should have more confidence.During the shower water is leaking out on the floor. |

The size and layout of the room was very efficient and modern. The location was convenient, being within walking distance from the Frankfurt main station and the city center. It was nice to have an apartment feel rather than just a hotel - the atmosphere was very comfortable. |

Absolutely everything! Fantastic view from the hotel room!! Spacious rooms, comfortable beds! Very professional and Very helpful staff!! Located right in the heart of the city centre. We’ve had very pleasant stay in this beautiful hotel. Definitely come back there again! I would highly recommend this hotel!! |

The view from our room. The hotel owns the 22nd floor till the 29th. So the view is very nice. Also the location, next to the financial and shopping center. |

The view over the city was incredible. The room was very clean and well furnished. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The access to the room was a bit difficult with all the codes, elevators and doors but it was fine. |

Their matress is a back killer- both my wife and I had stiff back and neck after sleeping on their matress. We had the same problem 6 years ago. Otherwise we did not have any major problem. |
