Hotel eccellente, struttura molto bella, camere spaziose, pulite, accoglienti, confortevoli, dotate, tra l'altro, di piccolo angolo cottura comprese pentole e stoviglie, forno e frigo bar, tavolino per colazione, comoda sceslong.Zona doccia (comodissima per le grandi dimensioni) e lavabo incorporati nella stanza in un gioco di design veramente originale e molto piacevole, insomma una sorta di open space.La posizione ottima, vicinissimo alle metro sia per gli spostamenti in tutte le direzioni che per l'arrivo dall'aeroporto. Le zone centrali del Mitte sono raggiungibili anche a piedi. Proprio sotto l'hotel grandi magazzini, e supermarket con prezzi modici. Tutto il personale gentilissimo e sorridente. In ultimo ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Insomma tutto perfetto super consigliato.

The Hotel is very big ( it seems a college ) , clean with nice and modern design ; The room was nice , quiet big and clean ; There is a sauna and a fitness room into the building . the international breakfast is good and the breakfast-room is very nice ( garden outside ). the zone is quiet , it is close to station ( big and plenty of bars , restaurants , shops ); 5minutes walking for get tubestation or train . very good position .

Just into the bathroom ; during the shower anyone into the room could see you doing it because of a trasparent glass ; nice but just on demand ;not as default!

+ Just 5 min from S-Bahn Ostbahnhof -- you are well connected to the city, but you do not hear the trains even if the window is open; + modern well equipped rooms; + breakfast; + flexible and helpful receptionist (the problem was solved).

- There are smoking rooms (do not forget to write that you need non- smoking one) - cleaning personal starts making noise too early. In my opinion they should start after breakfast

The hotel manager was excellent. He not only rearranged the twin bed to a double, despite the hotel being quite full, but also helped with internet access issues. The room was very clean and the cleaning staff very polite, as well as the concierge staff.

I was quite unhappy that I went to the bar after it had closed and despite a good dozen people being there drinking and laughing with the barman, he refused me a glass of soda water. The price was also not particularly good for this area of Berlin, but it suited me fine as it was next to my conference site.

No air-conditioning.

WiFi only via T-mobile hotspot which is way too expensive

Obwohl der Ostbahnhof nur 3 Geh-Minuten entfernt ist, hört man keine Bhfs-Geräusche. Auch andere Geräusche, aus anderen Zimmern, TV Empfang, vom Gang (Flur) oder Aufzug gelangten nur sehr leise in das Zimmer Wir konnten ruhig schlafen. Ein perfekter Ort zum Ausruhen.

No airco in the rooms because it is a historical building, rooms can get very warm. Located directly to Ost-Bahnhof but neighbourhood is less touristic as other places in Berlin
