The staff spoke fluent English. Plenty of parking spaces just front of the main door. Great river view from our room. The shopping centre Waterfront is located next to the hotel. Such a ordinary four stars hotel. The drain of our shower was blocked. Sorry, I forgot to inform the staff. |

i like the cleanliness of it and a quite place to rest. the price to use there room phone to make local land line call is high,i used it for a local number for 38 minutes and paid 38euro. I guess it would be one of the best in the city,if it has swiming pool. |

It was a nice hotel and a good choice for that area. The internet is only free if you get a cable from the reception. |

Wasn't in the hotel apart from sleeping. The room was nice and clean and very spacious. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. |

After reading some reviews we thought the Innside might be a bit isolated. In reality the location was great - a 15min tram ride to the centre it is next to an indoor shopping mall with shops and food options. Outside was a mini Christmas market, skating rink and a superb Ice Sculpture exhibition. The hotel itself was clean, attractive and the reception staff very helpful. |

This is a business hotel chain with modern facilities, bar and fitness center - and a large, modern bathroom. Breakfast was 17Euros EACH! Location was very remote business park 10 min drive away from everything. Good for business travelers but not great for families with young children. We skipped breakfast and went to McDonalds for a late breakfast. |

Breakfast was very good. Cleanliness in the room and linen etc was great. I thought the trays used for breakfast were long overdue for a change! A staff member assured me they were about to be replaced. |

Hotellin design oli hieno, henkilökunta oli mukavaa. Huone oli siisti ja viihtyisä, huoneestamme oli hieno näkymä joelle. Hotellin vieressä oli iso kauppakeskus, jossa oli mukava shoppailla. Lisäksi hotellin vieressä oli kesäteatteri, jossa oli joka ilta oopperaesityksiä. Hotellin lähellä on ratikkapysäkki, josta pääsi erittäin kätevästi kaupungin keskustaan. |

Hotel liegt außerhalb der Stadt, aber hat direkte Strassenbahn Anbindung. Schöne Außenanlage. Schönes Restaurante mit guter Küche. Gutes Frühstückbueffet. Unser Doppelbett hatte nur einer großen Matrazte. Soll heißen, bewegt sich der Bettnachbar bewegt man sich automatisch mit. |

Correct en attent personeel, goede parkeerfaciliteiten. Het gebouw heeft uitstraling en was netjes ingericht. Prima ontbijt, dat we al vroeg (vanaf 06.30) konden nuttigen. Kamer had geen balkon. |
