Insel Hotel Bad Godesberg (Superior)    

The staff were very friendly, most spoke good english, the breakfast was excellent and the location was ideal for both shopping and sight seeing

There was some building work taking place which woke us early in the morning (07.00) This should have been mentioned when booking.

Very good food, very comfortable bed, great shower - we liked everything and would definitely come back.

Sauna is spectacular

I thought the breakfast buffet was really good - far superior to those offered in France or Switzerland. Beds were very comfortable. Parking was good.

No kettle in bedroom - I was not able to make my early morning tea. I will bring my own kettle next time !

I've stayed there on and off for more than 20 years, and I like it, I like the owners and the staff and the location is convenient.

The rooms were very spacious and to a high quality. Very comfy bed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Reasonably priced mini bar and complementary 1/2 bottle of wine in room.

No free WiFi. No pay tv/non German tv.

Please provide tea/coffee maker in the room and subscribe to more international channels on tv.

Everything, if this hotel can make money with this standard at the price they charge, then they should be congratulated.

We stayed in the apartment and it was excellent. It suited us ideally and no complaints at all

The lift was a little quirky, but it fulfilled its use. Nothing else was negative.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel: Everyting was just perfect. Only drawback: It is a bit far from Center of Bonn. But this is ok with a car.

Excellent breakfast, close location to u Bahn y very good service and room.

They tell you there is fast internet but my room did not have it. I was outside the reach of the wireless coverage of the hotel and frankly it was a pain to bring my computer at night to check my emails. They offer a standard ethernet cable which did not work with my Mac let alone the iPad.

breakfast very poor but staff friendly and cheerful reception staff unless spoken to ignored guests we stayed in an apartment and the carpet was very stained and also very gloomy - the stairs and indeed the entrance leading up to the apartment really needed an update of decor - the stair rail outside our apartment door very dangerous - a child or if someone stumbled against this rail could quite easily go over the top as it was very low.

The hotel room was very comfortable and quiet. It was surprising to see an organic shampoo in the shower. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast buffet was very satisfying.

Wifi was not free of charge.

Wir hatten kurzfristig zu Rhein in Flammen im Insel-Hotel übernachtet. Das Hotel (in unserem Fall das Apartment im Zweit-Gebäude) ist Zentral in Bad-Godesberg gelegen. Der Service war insgesamt freundlich, die Hotelzimmer sauber und wir hatten ein super Frühstücksbuffet. Wir würden also wieder kommen.

Der Parkplatz bietet wenige Stellplätze, so dass wir leider keinen direkt vor Ort gefunden hatten.

Schone rustige kamers, vriendelijk personeel en uitstekend ontbijtbuffet. Uitstekende hotel voor redelijke prijs.

Kleine lift.

Hôtel propre et bon état général. SPA très agréable et neuf. Propreté irréprochable. Bon petit déjeuner et restaurant de qualité.
