This extraordinary design hotel is centrally and idyllically situated on a small island on the Danube with a magical view of the river, of St. Peter's Cathedral and the Medieval stone bridge. All sights in the city centre can be reached quickly and easily on foot.

This listed hotel building was once an arts and crafts manufacturing location. Today you can expect exclusively designed rooms, 5 events rooms for up to 130 people and a spectacular view of both the Danube river and the silhouette of the Regensburg Old Town. The hotel also features a gym, a luxurious spa area with a sauna and solarium and the beauty cosmetic salon Wellness Oase.

Hotel information

The former factory building, the location in the middle of the beautiful river and the hotel furnishings and interiors are all unique. Art Deco elements hark back to the time of giant passenger steamers from the 1930s. In the place where sledgehammers used to drone, now maritime elegance dominates the scene, with its sweeping views of the river.

Food & beverage

Guests sit right on the River Danube in the hotel restaurant Brandner and can enjoy the distinctive Silhouette of the Regensburg Old Town. In the mornings we provide a comprehensive breakfast buffet and in the evenings we serve fresh and creative cuisine.

The large panoramic windows of the Danube lobby bar stretch over 3 floors. As well as an extensive cocktail list, from here you can enjoy the magical view of Regensburg's Medieval stone bridge.

Room information

The rooms have been designed exclusively for the hotel by Helmuth Vorreiter. The various lights in a 1930s style and the marble bathrooms decorated with black granite create a sophisticated atmosphere.

The Medieval city of Regensburg with its cathedral and beautiful churches has a lot of interesting attractions to visit.

The hotel is nicely situated on the Danube in the heart of Regensburg with beautiful views of the river and old town. It's a short walk from restaurants and bars. The staff are incredibly friendly and rooms are spacious and have all the facilities you would expect including free Wireless Internet.

The wellness area is tiny and rooms can get very warm due to the lack of air conditioning.

Dank der Buchung, die beim Hotel nicht angekommen war, wurde uns zum selben Preis die nächsthöhere Kategorie angeboten! Eine tolle Geste für einen kleinen Ärger.

Die Hotelbar ist eher für den Kongressbesucher als für den Touristen eingerichtet.

Hotel moderno. Excelente localização. Quartos amplos e confortáveis. Óptimo pequeno-almoço buffet. Staff profissional e amistoso. Estadia muito agradável. A recomendar!

Devido à dificuldade em encontrar o hotel utilizando o carro, creio ser uma falha a falta de indicação da sua localização.
