We needed a hotel close to the airport and this was perfectly situated, only 10mins drive. Spacious rooms, clean and comfortable. |

perception that transport to city/airport was free when in fact, it wasn't. Having to pay for internet connection. The fact that the "free" transport took a pause 1:45 for an hour. |

The hotels ju52 bar was very homely and the bar snacks were very good and value for money. I was a little surprised upon check-out that the hotel levies a charge on the airport shuttle bus of 5 euros each.I Have never encountered this anywhere else in the world. |

Clear and the Shower is Fine There were charge for the shuttle bus, which stated is Free of charge before. Only 10 mins from hotel to airport, but it cost 5 euro per day. Very expenvise!!!!!!!! Internet service cost 4 euro per hour,only pay by credit card and the service is not under control by the intercity hotel!!! |

the pillows the distance to the rooms from the lobby, nothing something that can be changed of course but not really the distance you want to walk after a 15 hour flight to get to your bed |

Proximity to the airport. It was quiet. Had a good bar to pass the time. The bus service to the airport cost 5 Euros per person. |

There was a Fan in the room. Provide 2 transports for early flights. The 8:30am shuttle was packed to the brim. |

The staff where very good the breakfast was very good but a bit expencive at 19 Euros the room i had was very quite The service bus stopped at around 12:30 and i had to get a taxi to the airport, and the internet why is it not free...this day and age |

The hotel was easy to get to from the car rental area. The staff was very nice and helpful and the rooms were clean and bright. We stayed only one night but would certainly recommend it to anyone. |

The staff was lovely. They were extremely helpful and accommodating and they spoke English, which was a plus since my German was not so good. |

Closeness to the airport I noticed in all the hotels visited during my recent stay in Germany that there are no washcloth made available in bathrooms. Also, the floor of shower stalls in all hotels (when wet) are very slippery and present a danger of slipping, especially for elderly people. Handrails might be helpful as well. |

The staff was helpful and efficient. It was very quiet. Breakfast and transportation to the Frankfurt Airport Terminals were included in the price of the room. |

Decent sized room Bathroom smelt, bed was uncomfortable, food and room service was way too overpriced for what you got, Pay TV didn't work properly, "free" shuttle bus cost 5 euro |

Large, extremely clean rooms, friendly desk staff with excellent English. Spacious airport shuttle service, free city transportation. We were pleasantly surprised and completely satisfied with the hotel and definitely will stay there again. |

The shower was fantastic, the bed was comfortable, and the general stay was very relaxing. The reservation was incorrect, in my first name not my last, and they couldn't find it. Standing in a line of tired and impatient people while they searched was a bit distressing. However the young lady, after she found it, gave us two tokens for the shuttle which made up for the stress and delay. We were satisfied and rested. |

Good hotel close to the airport, with a good restaurant where you can have a bite to eat up til 10:30 at night. The shuttle is very effecient and the airport is only 5-10 minutes away. No a/c in the rooms but they do provide a fan. We had a hard time finding the hotel as neither of our two gps recognised the street. Be sure to print off a map if you are driving to this hotel. |
