I asked for an extra bed, towels, and pillows and they were received promptly. It's an airport hotel, so it is not "charming" in the german style. Not enought variety in food--should have more snacks and sandwiches--also expensive for food. |

Close to Frankfurt airport with airport shuttle. Excellent buffet breakfast in a pleasant dining room. Ideal for overnight stay before early morning flight from Frankfurt. |

As an airport hotel it is really ok - the shuttle bus runs every 30 minutes (you need to know where it stops in each of the FRA airport terminals - so be in touch with the hotel before arrival). Rooms are clean and nice. Early breakfast at 04:00 was a nice touch (although could be more than served...) Shuttle not free of charge - 5 Euro. From 2 guests and up it would probably cost the same or less to take a taxi. |

Convenience to airport, excellent efficient shuttle (free from airport, 5 euro return per person, and free public transport for each day staying at hotel. Wonderful bonus. |

No tea or coffee in room. Food very poor for the price, buffet comparable to tescos food stop. No courtesy free bus, bus costs 10 euros for 2 people. Taxi costs 12 euros, no soap or shampoo in bathroom |

Business hotel close to airport, restaurant on premises is decent. Did not like the fact that the hotel charges a shuttle fee per person to the airport or a rather steep parking fee $14.00 over night. Not the easiest hotel to find. |
