部屋は清潔、広さも充分。申し分ないと思います。 朝食のビュッフェが朝の１０：３０までなのですが、寝坊して１０：２０ごろに入り、終了したのが１０：３５- くらいでした。まだ食べてるのに１０：３０きっちりにかたずけられ、悪いのは私ですが、もうちょっと気配り- が欲しかったようなきがします。 |

夜遅く到着して翌朝早く移動するということであれば我慢できるかもしれないが、ホテルに行ってしまうと市内- に遊びに行こうと思っても非常に難しい。またホテルのスタッフも親身になって案内してくれない。市内交通機- 関のフリーチケットをもらえるはずだが案内すらなかった。皆さん書いていることだがホテルから空港に行くと- きは4ユーロと有料。（片道2ユーロずつと思えば暴利ではないかもしれないが・・）とにかく市内も少しは見- ておきたいと思う人にはお勧めできません。空港から市内も近いようなので次回は絶対市内に泊ろうと思う。 スタッフの対応に不満を持った。ホスピタリティーは全くない。空港ホテルというのはどこでもこんな感じなの- でしょうか。部屋など施設的には問題はないが滞在して全く面白くないホテル。 |

連泊の際の空港までのシャトルバスは無料。チェックアウト後に空港へは5ユーロかかる。笑顔のないフロント- スタッフが何人かいたが、対応は丁寧。 |

空港⇒ホテルのバスは無料ですが、ホテル⇒空港のバスは、レセプションでチケット(5ユーロ）を購入する必- 要があります。レセプションで公共交通機関の無料券をもらうことが出来ます。 |

perception that transport to city/airport was free when in fact, it wasn't. Having to pay for internet connection. The fact that the "free" transport took a pause 1:45 for an hour. |

The hotels ju52 bar was very homely and the bar snacks were very good and value for money. I was a little surprised upon check-out that the hotel levies a charge on the airport shuttle bus of 5 euros each.I Have never encountered this anywhere else in the world. |

Clear and the Shower is Fine There were charge for the shuttle bus, which stated is Free of charge before. Only 10 mins from hotel to airport, but it cost 5 euro per day. Very expenvise!!!!!!!! Internet service cost 4 euro per hour,only pay by credit card and the service is not under control by the intercity hotel!!! |

the pillows the distance to the rooms from the lobby, nothing something that can be changed of course but not really the distance you want to walk after a 15 hour flight to get to your bed |

There was a Fan in the room. Provide 2 transports for early flights. The 8:30am shuttle was packed to the brim. |

The staff where very good the breakfast was very good but a bit expencive at 19 Euros the room i had was very quite The service bus stopped at around 12:30 and i had to get a taxi to the airport, and the internet why is it not free...this day and age |

The hotel was easy to get to from the car rental area. The staff was very nice and helpful and the rooms were clean and bright. We stayed only one night but would certainly recommend it to anyone. |

Closeness to the airport I noticed in all the hotels visited during my recent stay in Germany that there are no washcloth made available in bathrooms. Also, the floor of shower stalls in all hotels (when wet) are very slippery and present a danger of slipping, especially for elderly people. Handrails might be helpful as well. |
