Everything was clean anf well arranged. Very close to SCH Brandenberg airpory also train station and bus station friendly staff

Close to airport. Walk to check in desk in 5 minutes.

The Internet is free downstairs on the hotel computer and is for 15 minutes only. I eventually paid the charges for the Internet and had problems. When I complained I was given a number to ring. The Internet is through a third party. I expect more from a hotel of this standard.

The staff were very friendly & efficient.

When I arrived I was told that there was no booking for me even though I had a print out from booking.com. I questioned this & was told nothing was in their system under my name. They don't provide a bus service from airport which is very poor as other hotels in the area do. Its only a very short walk but I arrived late at night & it was like a blizzard outside so the walk to the hotel was not pleasant. My room was fine, no complaints there. Thanking you, Regards

WiFi password should have been offered at check-in rather than have to ask for it.

Very close location to airport, comfortable rooms, the hotel is new and clean, prices in restaurant is like in the other hotel (they dont use that for traveler is hard to find something else)

Staff were excellent. Early check in was managed after a morning flight. Walking distance to the airport but sound proofing is foolproof. Very clean and modern. Public transport makes the city centre easily accessible.

Clean and very close to the airport! Very good for who need a solution near the airport. It's 30 minutes from the city center.

Hotel is excelent, but next time I prefer the one with free internet (WiFi).

The only desadvantige I see - no free internet (WiFi). Nowdays according to statistic the internet takes places #1 among other preferences.

Reception staff did not know how to make a wake up call and were unable to advise what to do ! Very different from the upbeat "can do' approach we experienced at the H2 in the city.

Big cosy seating area. No frills, no gimmicks, good value for money.

Near to the Airport, modern and clean, breakfast is good.

If you book a double room for single occupancy, they will only give you 1 pillow, just to make sure you do not sneak another person into your room ?? You would expect a hotel of this standard to give at least 2 pillows on a double bed with spare ones available !!

No decent restaurants nearby apart from one within the hotel which closes at 10.00pm.I arrived after that and had to settle for a nearby doner kebab joint(which wasn't bad)

Very close to the airport . Shutle takes 2 mins and costs €1 but you could walk to airport in 5 mins Staff in the bar resturant and reception all very helpful

Beds are very hard

the location just next to the airport is priceless if you have a very early morning flight next day
