As usual the InterCity Group provides excellent staff, clean rooms and a good breakfast.

No restaurant or bar open on Sunday evening.

The Location.

The value for money was unreasonable. It is the first hotel in the world were I had to pay for wifi. Your Hotel is definately not a 4 star level. It is more like a 2 star in our country. You management needs to stay in a 4 star hotel in China to have an idea what the business in all about.

This hotel is first class - I have stayed there many times. It is a great location, clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. One of the best hotels I have stayed in.

The free travelcard that they provided is handy. The staffs were generally cheerful and very helpful. The fact that it is close to the train station makes it particularly convenient to move around. They have also provided a big umbrella in the room for their guests' usage. How considerate!

We lived at the 4th floor and yet we could still hear noise from the street. This says that the soundproofing of the windows can certainly be improved.

Staff were very rude and unhelpful . On arrival after a long journey receptionist told us room was not ready at midday and to return at 2 to check in. We returned at 2 and she said room was still not ready. No explanation. no apology. When asked when it would be ready she shrugged and said 'maybe 3 maybe 4 who knows?'. As we had to travel out of the city that afternoon we were unable to get into the room to shower and change. Atrocious service.

I liked the location as the hotel is in the city center where shops, cafes and restaurants are at walkable distance and it is also near to Hannover main train station.

I didn’t like the breakfast varieties it was limited. Moreover, the receptionists were unfriendly, the hotel is very costly and internet and breakfast are at additional cost, room is small.

First of all I came through a long international flight and reached Hannover at 9 am. So I had to wait until 3 pm to get my room and there was no consideration what so ever besides that some of receptionists were rude. During the process, the room number that was giving to me, has changed twice. The prices were very expensive (690 Euro) and my friends had the same room for 250 Euro and the only justification was it is a smoking room. Moreover, in the normal days, it is 90 Euro so it is a big rip-off. The hotel is max a 2 star. The rooms are very tiny. They don’t have room services nor a standalone laundry. So in order to get laundry, I had to give it before 7 am in order to get it at 7 pm. I stayed 5 days and the breakfast was the same, they didn’t care to change some of the food they were offering. So I don’t recommend it at all

Hotel is very close to main railway station and thus veruy handy to use especially if you travel by train.

I asked in my reservation a quiet room but the room I got was not.

Very good hotel. Close to all amenities and railway station. Good selection of places to eat nearby. Hotel very clean and well maintained. Reasonably priced.

I was very impressed by the friendly staff to mention one particular receptionist who went a mile to make is comfortable , Jessi thank you . The location is great , the staff are friendly , good value for money and very clean indeed . I stayed with my partner and a 12 week old baby and we all enjoyed out stay .

Room and bathroom are small. TV is also small and no English language channels. Reception are not very helpful.

Everything is perfect. Price, location (just opposit the railway station), clean spacios room. Price included ulimited ticket to all public transport in Hannover.

Room was very comfortable and nicely fitted out.

Having to pay separately for Internet access - and that could only be used by one person. For a prestigious hotel, this is unacceptable.

The location is superb. The room is a 3,5 star-standard, neutral and comfortable. Reception staff was very friendly.

Restaurant average (we had a dinner). Breakfast at 13 euro per person overpriced (we looked at what is offered and preferred to eat cheaper elsewhere). Only German tv channels (plus cnn and France 24 - clearly not enough). No snacks in the minibar. No good toiletries (must be in a 4-star hotel). On the overall, this is a good 3-star hotel. 4 stars only for the perfect location.
