Main reason is convenience to Altona Station as my visit was railway based. The rooms are more than satisfactory and predictable. On this visit there was a slightly unpleasant stale smell in the bathroom but not enough to complain about. Many previous visits have been excellent. |

It was well located and there is free public transport on the underground with your room card. The first night we were provided with 3 double rooms having requested 3 twin rooms, which we were moved to the second day. Also breakfast is not included in the price but you are given breakfast vouchers with your room key at check in and are charged for breakfast whether you have it or not. Staff were very unhelpful when we were checking out and laughed at us when we questioned this. |

Man ist nah am Bahnhof, kann für die Zeit in der man im Hotel wohnt alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel kostenlos nutzen! Keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer und wenn man das Fenster öffnet, hört man die Züge doch sehr laut. |

Sehr nettes Hotelpersonal - Ticket für den öffentlichen Nahverkehr inklusive - sehr gutes Frühstück - direkt am Bahnhof! Kleiner Minuspunkt: Es sollten alle Drinks die in der Karte an der Bar angeboten werden auch wirklich vorhanden sein - da bei meinem Aufenthalt einige wichtige Bestandteile von Cocktails nicht vorhanden waren konnten diese auch nicht gemixt werden - sollte einem Hotel das zur Steigenberger Gruppe gehört nicht passieren! |

Zeer praktische lokatie, je kunt zo van de trein/s-bahn uit het hotel inlopen. Ontbijt was goed. Kind (8 jaar) was gratis. Kamer aan de kleine kant en je moet wennen aan de geluiden van het station. |

Besonders gefallen hat uns die verkehrsgünstige Lage, da das Hotel direkt neben dem IC-Bahnhof bzw. auch in unmittelbarer Nähe der S-Bahnstation liegt. Das Zimmer ist klein und man hört den Straßenlärm durch. Der Preis für das Frühstück ist zu hoch und auch das Platzangebot beim Frühstück ist zu gering. |

Sessel verschlissen, Teppichboden war fleckig, Toilettenspülung lief dauernd, keine Eiswürfel in der Bar angeblich wg. Umbau, unverständlich wobei die Bar nicht geschlossen war. |
