Located right next to the main train station in Bonn, which is handy for catching early-morning trains or arriving on late-night trains. Clean, basic, well-designed room, though the bathrooms are a little small (but modern and nice). I know this may seem obvious, but I've stayed in hotels at comparable pricing with only local (German and French) tv channels... I suppose it's an international chain, so the range of tv channels was satisfying. Staff was friendly, kind and helpful. And it's a new hotel.

No free Wifi!!! Small bathroom. Not much by way of amenities.

Rooms were not sound proof and since this is near to train station.Lot of disturbance during night.

- Receptionists need customer service training on handling foreign tourists. Check in/out process took long time .

central location behind railway station - clean public areas and rooms, suprisingly quiet (room 445) - great airy building with large rooms - good sized bathroom - free newpapers - free ticket for public transport in greater bonn area was a great thought and has been well used - one of the best value for money hotels I have stayed in the last 25 years! - check in and check out process handled professionally and without hassle - hope the rest of intercity hotels can match this one - Thank you

reception staff who worked during my stay was very busy looking at computer screens rather than focusing and welcoming guests. However, check in and check out reception staff were superb, well trained and very professional

the wash room is kind of small

The hotel is modern and the price for the room was fair.There are plenty of restaurants and snack bars in the area.

. The charge for garage parking is way too high. I would have appreciated a kettle for tea/coffee making to be standard procedure as it is with most hotels we stay at.

The rooms are horrible, they are very small and the beds are even smaller and would not fit a person bigger than 5.6ft. Additionally the location of the hotel behind the station making it very loud.

Great location : 3 minutes to the city center , new hotel, great comfortable rooms. wonderful bathroom & a great breakfast

There is a "restaurant" : But only with 12 places and its only open from Monday to Friday. Also the choise is not soo good (But there are many restaurants in the area)

Airconditioning werkt niet optimaal. Indien raam geopend wordt lawaai van de straat. Wifi alleen tegen betaling, dit is niet van deze tijd.
