Rooms small

The location could not be better - like most Inter City hotels, it is right by Augsburg railway station with lots of options to eat. There were no more family rooms available for us, but we were given a queen-size bed, which was a nice free upgrade. The staff were friendly and pleasant. With a pram, our room was a tight squeeze, but manageable.

1.it is very near to the railway station....2.comfortable beds..3.windows could be opened...

1. too hot..inside the room . during the night with the heating turned off..2, the towels were not changed every day....3.the stuff was not very helpful...

Great location beside the train station but without the noise. Clean and comfortable with very helpful staff. The public transit pass was a big bonus.

Very conveniently located at the main train station in Augsburg, only 30 minutes away from Munich by train - great alternative to expensive Munich hotels at times of trade fairs or Oktoberfest.

The location is excellent, just 2 minutes walking from the main station, and 10 minutes walking distance from the down town. Various restaurants near the hotel, though most of them close early. At the time when hotels in Munich are full / too expensive to afford, it is a good option to stay in Augsburg, if you have a rail-pass.

No breakfast is included. Need to pay extra for breakfast, but it is rather expensive comparing to the restaurants nearby. Other than the clean room, there are not much other hotel facilities. No free wifi. High charge for getting wifi connected.

Good location great staff!

Good location, good price. Fair price compared to the services provided. Itá a simple hotel more suited for those who will just spend the night.

It was a little hard to find (it´s kind of "hidden" in the middle of some comercial buildings). The hotel is very simple, coherent with it´s price.

It was spotlessly clean. The staff laughed at my jokes!

No kettle in room

The staff were very good and spoke english very well.parking was easy and reasonable price for twenty four hours. We did not have a breakfeast as I believe 14 dollars is too expensive.

The location was the best! The staff was friendly and helpful. The free local transport was nice and the suitcase storage was helpful.

The location, facilities & staff are excellent...

The staff especially Julia were very welcoming and good fun considering we were a group of guys out for the European cup and had a few to drink. Would use the hotel again.

My stay at the InterCityHotel Augsburg was great and I would reccomend this hotel. Please make sure that you tell the staff if you wish to have a Non-Smoking room as they placed me in one without asking. Great location
