InterCityHotel Augsburg  

Hotel employee is very friendly, and I enjoyed staying.

For those traveling via train, this is a perfect location and within easy walking distance of the main city center, as well as other sites.

When we arrived, they gave us a different room than we had reserved. We asked for non-smoking and they gave us a smoker's room. We asked for a double and they gave us two twins unable to be pushed together. Upon arguing with them for a great deal of time, they gave us the room that we had originally reserved. This is my only complaint with this hotel.

The staff was kind, helpful, very patient. The food was excellent. I also loved the hotel pass for riding public transportation free during my stay in Augsburg, and using their computer for internet was convenient, easy, and the cost was reasonable for 5 hours use (9 euro for 5 hrs) :-).

Good location near train station and free tickets for local transport

Hotel location is perfect, just one minute walk from train station. Free public transport ticket and nice staffs.

this time, i changed train in Augsburg.so only sleep.the room is clean and very comfortable.

The staff at reception are very nice and friendly.

My rooms was incredibly clean and the hotel staff were very helpful.

We were traveling by train which made the location near the main train station very convenient. We appreciated the free city transportation pass and the hotel's well-organized, secure process for holding our luggage before check-in time the day of our arrival and after check-out on the day we left. The staff was very helpful and spoke English very well.

Room size is small, but adequate.

とにかく駅隣で場所が便利。市内の交通機関のカードをくれるので、気楽に観光にいけた。

夜遅くなって、次の日の飛行機のチェックインをするのに、インターネットを借りたが、１時間４．５ユーロで- 高かった。コピーもできず、ホテルのメールアドレスに送信してそれをコピーという形式をホテルのフロントの- 女性が提案してくれたのだが、なかなか上手くいかず、２人の女性が手助けしてくれて、やっと送信できてコピ- ーできた。コピー機が接続されてたら、こんな苦労はなかった。後で人に聞くとネットカフェの方が安くて簡単- にコピーできたらしい。でもフロントの女性達は親切でとても感じがよかった。

駅のすぐそばで過不足なホテルです。ドイツの各都市でインターシティーに泊まっていますが、ほかと比べたら- 、対応や施設がかなり良かったと思います。あんまりインターシティーホテルは好きではないのですが、ここに- は気持ちよくもう一度泊まれます。

バスタブがないことぐらいですが、これはやむを得ません。

Zimmer etwas klein

Freundlicher Empfang, gute zentrale Lage am Bahnhof aber eben auch direkt in der Stadt, wenige Fussminuten ins Zentrum. Gut für eine Städtreise.
