Location. Access to transportation and walking distance to Old Freiburg No Air Conditioning. Room was hot, could not keep the windows open because of the noise from outside. Little fan provided only moves hot air around. No Cigaret detectors, room and hall was filled with smoke from some other room. Soap dispensers where empty.

The bed was very comfortable, the room clean and comfortable all around. The hotel staff were very helpful. Excellent hotel experience on all counts. We will definitely remember to stay here again in the future.

in middle of town. it was very near to shopping area, which is a walking distance. the transportation was very easy to get, which are all station is very nearby, train, cab and bus. food also easy to get such as Mc. Donals, kabab's stall etc

It was near the office & Train station, came with a portable Fan? No Climate Control, No WiFi, Desk would not hold Notebook computer and a note pad.

This hotel is very nerby the train station. You can hold your stuffs and walk to this hotel its just takes a few minute!!. I recommend this place for tourist if you travel by train(bahn). First day,the reception gave me a city ticket which you can take tram, bus in Freiburg for free according to period of staying in this town. Next time if I have a chance to visit this town I'll definitely stay in Intercity Hotel Freiburg.

It is exactly next to the train station. I didn't like the attitude of the evening reception person who seemed to regard me as an interuption. As I approached the hotel at about 8pm on a Sunday I could see the restaurant/dining area was open but was told it was only for a particular group and waved away to a restaurant outside. Not a very hospitable look. In addition this establishment charged my credit card at the time of booking.

The staff in reception were excellent, always willing to help. When we booked we were worried about the location next to the railway, but the rooms are soundproof, and we heard nothing. It was easy to reach the tow and other parts of the city using the free bus/tram passes. We will return to this hotel. The room lacked tea/coffee making facilities. However, Mc Donald`s is get half a block away.

I had a Room for a Disabled Mobility Scooter, Very Accessable, Large Bedroom and Bathroom,Very Accessable to Shopping Restaurants etc, My self and my Wife enjoyed our 4 Night;s Stay we did not have time to stay any longer as we had to travel to Sinsheim before returning Home to Ireland, Thank You Booking.com,The only thing I did not like about this Hotel was Paying €89.00 Per Night no breakfast and if you want Breakfast it would Cost you €13.00 per Person thats €6.00 for a Continental Breakfast when you can Croos the Road to the Train Station db and buy a breakfast for 2 at a cost of €7.00, Price of Breakfast shoul be Included in Room Price as at €13.00 Per Head thats €26.00 for 2 Persons and I Minute from the Hotel at the Train Station you can Buy 2 Breakfasts for €7.00 a Saving of €19.00 Per Day Which buys an Evening Meal for one Person,

Hotel was very clean and modern, staff was very friendly and everything was working as one would expect. There was no air-conditioning in the room and because of the noisy neighborhood of the main train station it was not possible to leave the window open over night. WiFi connection was not free and very expensive!

Very near the railwaystation. Universal bus/tramway ticket. Noisy and very warm. The weather was hot, the temp. in the room nearly unbearable. Speaking other guests in the corridor very loud (no sound isolation). Pity that the information about the free bus/tram ticket was not expressly given. .

Location excellent right next to the train station, and very close to the town centre. Taxi drivers not waiting for you to unpack the car, still if they had a brain they would not be a taxi driver, right? The noise from the clubs and party animals is quite high, (we stayed on a sat night) but the big, big problem was no air con, just a little fan was in the room, no use what so ever. Room was small but just about O.k, no bbc on the sat tv, being a business hotel I would have expected this.

Convenience of location , cleanliness , excellent breakfast., Freindly helpful staff. The bedroom was too warm at night but if I opened the window I was disturbed by noise from the railway station and a McDonalds that was open 'til 3am. A fan was provided but air-conditioning would be better.

Functional, close to the railway station. The hotel is pretty basic, there is substantial noise from both trains and kids going to the (late night open) McDonalds right next to the hotel. While the hotel feels clean and neat, the carpets feel old, everything is very basic, there is a charge for Wifi (€ 5 for ½ h!). Reasonable minibar, srrvice OK. Parking €9 / 24 hrs next to the hotel. The concept seems to be close to the railway, and town centre, but not much extra. Felt a bit overpriced for the standard and quality, breakfast an additional € 13 per person, we skipped.
