Hotel très bien placé à côté de la gare et du métro en plein centre ville. Pass voyage métro, bus fournit gratuitement à l'arrivée.

Décoration de la chambres basique, en particulier la salle de bain.

Poor Internet service

close to train station yet very quite, breakfast is good, friendly people.

wifi is really a push back need pay to have wifi at lobby yet impossible have any internet access at room. not sure if that my computer problem i have from time to time problem for log out and have to ask assistant from front desk.

Right in the middle of the city. The complementay transport ticket to get me back to the airport.

Excellent location opposite the station and only a couple of minutes walk from the main shopping area with all major department stores. Hotel room was a good size, spotlessly clean and warm. The only criticism I have was that there was no coffee or tea making facilities in the room. On arrival at the hotel when booking in, you are given free travel tickets for the duration of your stay, which can be used on the underground or the buses in the Hamburg area. A very useful and good money saving bonus. English spoken by all the staff we met. If you are looking for a hotel located in a good area close to the main shops and only a ten minute walk to the Rathaus tourist area, this hotel will not dissappoint.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast offered at the hotel but a bit pricey at 15 euros. Ask for more pillows as you only get one each and they are very soft.

Accessibility to train station, nearby shopping

It's shameful that they don't offer free wi-fi or have a business center or at least enable the front desk to print boarding passes. I ended up having to go to an Internet Cafe (in the huge Saturn store, much like a Best Buy on steroids) several blocks away and pay just to have my boarding pass printed. (On a previous visit several years ago, the hotel did have a computer in the lobby but it was painfully slow and often froze altogether. So apparently they've decided it's better not to offer something at all as opposed to getting it right.)

Good price/quality hotel.

Annoying that you have to buy a time resticted internet access. (Wireless) Internet should be included in the room rate and easily accessible in all rooms. Many hotels in the USA and Europe have easy internet access. Reason not to book again and look for hotels that do offer this service.

Location - proximity to transport, museums, and city centre.i

Very close to the Haumbrug Mainstation.

Need equipment update. Have no Chn-to-Ger power transfer plug.

Very convenient for the art gallery and city centre.
