The room itself was modern and well equipped. The staff were professional and the breakfast was very good. Our room was right next to the main railway station and the noise from it meant that it was almost impossible to sleep. We feel we deserved a discount for this. If you stay at this hotel demand a room on the other side of the hotel at all costs. |

Very convenient for getting around the city and the free public transport ticket was valuable. The location of the hotel is very noisy with the trains at the rear and crowds of young people 24 hours a day at the front. |

The location was great, right across from the main walking area, close to historic center, very convenient for transportation. The rooms were fairly sound-proofed. We were on the 2nd floor, front of the hotel, right above the train station. The youths were out having a hot time on the old town, but with the window closed, I could barely hear them. I was not disturbed at all. Not a big deal, but most hotels I've stayed in Germany include breakfast. They wanted 12 euros--since I'm a light breakfast person, I just went to a cafe and paid 3. To be fair, this hotel includes public transportation, so that certainly makes up for a missed breakfast if you use it. |

We were allowed to check-in very early, arrived at 10am and got a room straight away. There were so many problems with this hotel. Our room was unbearably hot but because of its location looking out over the train station's platforms we couldn't open the window overnight without being awoken regularly by extremely loud tannoy announcements and trains trundling into the station. In short, the worst night's sleep i've had in a hotel. |

Hotel is literally part of the train station which means it is very convenient if using Ulm as a base for travel - which we did as we went to Legoland. It is also within walking distance of most everything Ulm itself has to offer. It can be noisy out front but we had requested a quiet room and they put us on the 3rd floor in a side room which was perrfect. |

Die zentrale Lage neben dem Bahnhof, in direkter Nähe zum Stadtzentrum, zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zur Altstadt; die gratis überreicht bekommene Tageskarte für die öffentlichen Verkehrsbetriebe für die ganze Aufenthaltsdauer; problemlose Gepäckeinlagerung. Die Lage direkt beim Bahnhof bringt Lärm von Zügen und vom Bahnhofplatz mit sich, so dass in der Nacht das Fenster nicht geöffnet sein kann. Der direkt neben dem Eingang liegende Burger King bringt leider draussen stehende Leute, Lärm und Unsauberkeit mit sich. |
