1. location: just next to the Ulm train station. The main city sights are just a few minutes away by foot. Just as perfect as it could be! 2. Check in: very efficient and smooth, no annoying questions were asked. 3. Room: very clean and comfortable. 4.Bathroom: had a shower, neat and clean. 5. Breakfast: I did not have any from the hotel, so do not know. 6. Check out: very efficient and smooth: as it should be, again, with no hiccups, whatsoever. 7.Staff: courteous and friendly. I would not hesitate to stay in the intercity the next time I visit Ulm.

I do not have any reason whatsoever to complain about the hotel, per se. I have noticed that in the last few years, in contrast to the situation in the UK, the hotels in the continent have stopped providing any tea making facilities in the room. Unfortunately, the intercity Ulm is not exception to this, but there may be some European-specific regulation involved because I remember another hotel room elsewhere with a very specific notice stating that no kettles were to be used in the room.

Close to the railway station, theatre and city centre.

Rooms directly onto the station platforms are inevitably very noisy!

Nice room, bathroom was great for the small space. The breakfast is superb

There is a burgerking next door and in the middle of the city center get you yelling people at 4:00am under your window on saturdaynight. Parking additional is an additional 12 euro per night and breakfast is a bit pricey

The location is next to Hbf., You could enter the hotel directly from platform.

You could hear board-cast from station during all night. Room cleaning staff enter our room at about 8:15 am, which let us confused and wondered "what's going on?" and "what is the time to check out?"

Staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and tidy. Easy to located from railway station (2 mins by walking).

better to have two chairs in the double room; The rate is a little bit expensive when there is no free internet

Central location . Initially I was apprehensive that being in fact almost part of the Hauptbahnhof (Station) the room would be noisy. However this was not the case and the soundproofing was first class. Not a sound of announcements of train arrivals/departures. This hotel gives you " What it says on the label" Good value for money.Neither luxury nor downmarket.Good food if rather limited choice. Hotel is exactly what one would expect from a railway hotel without the usual noise of a station.

Clean and tidy hotel, easy access to town centre and facilities

The guy on reception was very unfriendly and unhelpful. He made us feel unwelcome - he could not even greet us with a smile! The hotel does not have any air con so the rooms were stuffy. The room rate was expensive and it didn't include breakfast.

We love the convenience of the hotel to the train station (next door), and to the shopping, cafes, and bars. Also the magnificent Cathedral is within walking distance of the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful.

We would have preffered a double bed instead of two singles,but having said that the beds were very comfortable.

Nothing I booked a twin room got there after a 600 mile drive.Told I must have made a mistake on the booking. I was then confronted with a receptionist who was blantly talking to her fellow working in german and laughing at us. Could not get internet at the hotel. Had paid 500 euro for 4 days. Charged an extra 13 euro per day parking. They wanted another 30 euro's. Got internet at Burger king to confirm confirmation of booking for a twin room downloaded onto phone. So the confirmation was ready to show the receptionist when back their were other people waiting so I got the confirmation ready was then told no photo's and show me the last photo accusing me of taking her photo. When they finally admitted it was there mistake was told their were no rooms asked for a manager was told he/she was off sick. Staff horrible. We were then told later that night by the hotel manager that we would be changed to room 245 the next day. I have MS and muscle spasms which was the whole reason for the twin room. At three in the morning I finally gave up and tried to sleep in my vehicle. The room was bland not even an a kettle to make a drink. The next day we were moved to 142 not 245 which was directly overlooking Ulm railway Station. Great!

Location just 5 sec away from the train station

Very small rooms, forgot to give us bed sheets for the baby cot, air conditioning was not working by 30 degrees outside, windows open to a very noisy railway station, cleaning lady woke us up despite the "don't disturb" notice on the door, in summary would not stay there again, it is not worth 90 Euros

It's indeed a quite good hotel. Perfect for business trips: Located right at the train station, but no noise problems. Bathroom is modern and convenient. Breakfast is pretty good for 13 eur, though coffee could be better :) You will have to pay extra for Wi-Fi, but if you have an iPass subscription, you will get it for free.

The only thing I didn't like is check-out. There is only one person at the reception for this quite large hotel, and the queue can be quite long. Might have to wait 15-20 minutes. You should keep this in mind for planning your morning.

Lack of air conditioning made a good night's sleep very difficult.

The hotel was very central and I I found the rooms very comfortable. I was concerned about noise from the railway station but I must say we slept really well and heard no trains.... etc. The city itself was lovely reall enjoyed our visit.

you can not image room have no air condition in summer. what feeling?

As with most Inter City hotels, it was very convenient for the main station.

Not especially good value for money, offers very little over and above cheaper hotels. No air-con, coffe making facilitues etc. The entrance direct from the platform could not be used, an inconvenience to have to walk back round, especially when raining.

It seems incredible that the internet is not free of charge in a 3 star hotel... The Ibis and Etap hotel that are 100m of the Intercity are free of charge for the Internet access and of almost similar quality (especially the Ibis).

We were a group of 8 men traveling to the Champions League Final. Having confirmed 4 Twin Rooms we were very angry that between the Hotel and Booking.Com there was a admin error as what we got was double beds. They could not change rooms or add additional beds. Ended up with people sleeping on the floor. This type of error needs sorting out and compensation money provided

Ulm was very good. Nice bars and well kept

Rooms were clean and hotel is positioned in central Ulm area.

On booking the hotel rooms were described as sound proof. In reality room was extremely noisy. One could hear each train passing through the nearby train station- definitely a no go. Expensive breakfast not included in the price of the rooms which anyhow was too high for the value.

Zimmer und Personal war super!

habe ein Zimmer erhalten wo hinten dran der Bahnhof war. jedesmal wenn ein Zug Abends und Nachts zu stehen kam wurde ich wach durch das quietschen der Bremsen an den Zügen.

Zentrale Lage am Bahnhof. Angenehmer Komfort. Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.
