The location to the train station The room had no air conditioning working and the room was hot. Due to the location at the train station it was not possible due to the noise to sleep with open windows.

There were a lot of drunk people outside the hotle every day near the station.. This was very off putting.. Outside the hotel entrance seemed to be their meeting place.. Perhaps the hotel staff or the police should have moved them on

Perfectly located just near the main station and all necessary amenities for the kind of hotel standard. WiFi is charged per hour and costly. The twin beds are rather narrow and firmly fixed so no movement at all is possible.

The location of the hotel is great if you are traveling by train--connected to the main train station. It is just a short walk to the center of the town where the Christmas market was located as well as a short distance to the old part of the town. The breakfast was good and varied.. Our room faced the street. It is winter, and we still heard the noise from the street. The room was very warm, but we could not open the window due to the street noise.

My husband and I are on a month-long train trip through Germany, and we found the Inter-City hotel locations ideal for our needs. We found the staff at both checking-in and checking-out process very rude and unhelpful. The computer in the lobby did not work and when we asked, a young woman staff member said it was broken. We asked why there was not a sign on the computer to say it was broken? While checking out, we asked it the computer was fixed, and the man attendant said it wasn't broken - you needed to pay for a password! This information was not given to us and caused great inconvenience. The room was small but all right, but the bathroom was terribly small and anything but ideal. We would not recommend this hotel to any friend because of what we have just said.

The hotel was right next to the train station - great for an overnight stop which is what we were seeking. No noise issues, either. Room was comfortable and you could walk out of the hotel directly into the city center where shopping and eating options were available. The "Munster", Germany's tallest steepled church, was an easy 5 minute walk. As this was just a stop over, we did not explore other tourist options there. Breakfast was rather expensive so we opted for coffee and pastries next door at the train station. No internet available, even for a fee - that would be an issue if staying longer.

The rooms where clean . The breakfast was very good , but expensive The hotel made a complete mess of the booking , Although she was helpfull the receptionist did not understand how to check in guests. Very embarrasing in front of my four guests .I think they though it was me who had made the mistake .Arriving after a long day , the check in proceedure took 20 mins .Expensive .As I say the receptionist was helpful and did help us by telephoning a resteraunt to book our evening meal .

The central location of the hotel and the public transportation pass. Hotel was under renovation and there was no lobby and some items in room were not fixed like soap dispenser in shower was not fixed on the wall and I think you should inform customers before they do reservation that hotel is under renovation during this period to decide to make reservation or not. Also they wanted to charge extra amount for king size bed as they said this is not standard room which is not acceptable.

It is very easy to get to, only a few feet from the train station. It looks like it will be very nice, when they get it fixed. We walked into a construction zone! There was stuff everywhere. The elvevator didn't look very workable, but it was. There was no hot water in the morning, and the staff seemed to already know about it, but looked as if they were disappointed we had discovered that. They refunded us the money we had paid for the internet (about $5), but we do not feel justly compensated.

I stayed at the hotel about 3 times. What I like most is The location of the hotel, next to train station, busses & down town . My room this time was overlooking the train station & some restoration work in the station & that was a bit not very comfortable.

There were young people drinking outside the hotel in front of the main station. They were making a noise and this carried on into the night. We had to ask reception to call the police. Next morning the reception staff told us that was a common problem and that the police are called regularly.

A very functional hotel just at the railway station with the pedestrian center of Ulm starting just across the street. The proximity of the railway station and the fairly busy street may disturb light sleepers

Very near to the centre of the city If you are assigned of a room on the rail station side, you can hear the announcements and the trains passing starting from 6:00 AM, can be disturbing....

Staff were very helpful. Hotel room suitably quiet. Extremely convenient location. Nice city. Good quality breakfast. Quick check-in and out. Undesirable people hanging about outside but near the entrance. Shower water not always hot in the morning. Needed more pillows to allow reading in bed.
