This was a very high quality hotel at a good price. If someone is coming to Kassel via the Intercity train station, it's extremely convenient. And the hotel gives guests a pass to use buses and trams in Kassel, so there is total convenience to everything in Kassel and its famous Wilhelmshoehe Park. |

nothing We were over charged. We were quoted a price on booking and inturn we paid a different price on departure. The staff were rude and not helpful at all. |

De mensen van de receptie waren erg aadig. Het hotel ligt heel centraal vlakbij het station. Bussen en trams stoppen voor de deur. |

Zuivorkommende und nette Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Sehr gute Lage des Hotels bei Zuganreise Bahnhof Kassel-Wilhelmshöhe. Anbindung an Nahverkehr Kassel direkt vor der Tür. |

Местоположение отеля - рядом с вокзалом, такси - без проблем, уют, отсутствие беспокойства от персонала и гостей . 1.Хотелось бы нормальное, твердое мыло, так как жидкое очень плохо смывается - тратится много времени и воды. 2. Синтетический материал подушек очень неудачный - почти не отводит тепло - голова сильно потеет и подушка постоянно мокрая - сложно выспаться. |

petit déjeuner très copieux et agréable. Un pass gratuit pour les transports publics nous a été remis à notre arrivée pour la durée de notre sejour afin d'éviter de prendre une voiture. le parking de l'hotel est très petit. |
