Location very convenient next to the ICE train station. Everything looks modern and clean.

The hotel is right next door to the train stationl All under cover walking from the train. It was snowing when we left but we stayed dry. Excellent breakfast. The staff were very helpful.

Very well located. Just at the ICE train station in Kassel. The offered card for local transport.

No free internet, not even in the lobby. Interiors need some upgrade, somewhat worn-out.

Great location, next to the train station. Almost 24 hour check-in service. I did appreciate. Good breakfast.

This Hotel was the most expensive and worse one on our trip across The Netherlands ,Germany , Poland ,and Slovakia !!!!! We thought the air con. was faulty but when we enquired the Hotel did not have air con. but air circulation ,which can only be described as driving with the heater on full blast in a heatwave ...................very uncomfortable.Opening a window was not really an option as the Hotel is next to the tram , bus and train station. The Barman went awol we gave up and walked to another bar. The only saving grace was that the Breakfast was very good and well presented would just have been better if we had had a good and refreshing nights sleep.

Easy to find

No air conditioning in the rooms. It is located in front of Bus Station and in a very noise street. So you can't open the windows. Just ask for some ice to refresh your self. In resume: Not for summer time.(unfortunately it is just the time for Documenta)

Close to the Wilhelmshöhe Hbf and the tram

It is next to the intercity railwaystation; so easy when you're travelling by train. You drop your luggage and you can go to the citycenter by bus or tram with the hotelticket. The hotel is quiet and comfortable.

Location - proximity to train station; and being geared up for Documenta visitors - free public transport to Documenta sites from right outside. Plus free umbrella for guests on rainy days.

Breakfast was expensive if you didn't want the full buffet.

The location is excellent and the provision of a free travel card for public transport is very useful

My only quibble is that the tiling in the bathroom could do with attention.

It is a great location, right next to the train station. The hotel stay included a tram-pass, so we were able to use public transportation for free. We stayed in a business double, with the window facing the back of the buildig, so the room was nice and quiet.

The room was on the small side.

Good location (next to high speed train station, 10 minute tram ride to city center, 5 minute ride to scenic area and castle), free tram pass.

Small and functional rooms (as any other ic hotels, so no surprise); tiled floor next to elevator is noisy.

The staff is really friendly and ready to give you all the needed info. The rooms are clean also in pretty small. The position is perfect to visit the city and a public transport card is provided included in the room price.

No possibility to open the windows due to the noise coming from the nearby station

It is really clean with big room. The location is excellent as it is closed to all transportation. Buffet is good of the price is lower. Great and worthy to stay in this hotel.

A little bit noisy in the morning (tram / bus). Not much restaurants around.

This hotel was so convenient for the train station, only a couple of minutes away. The room was excellent and reception staff were very helpful. Would definately stay again.

Location - clean - comfortable. What one wants from this type of hotel...for an overnight stay.

I had asked for a quiet room when booking - a bit surprised when I was expected to pay another 15 euros to have a room on the non-road side. Since the road had trams on it (finish 0030 start 0530!) and boy racers (cars and bikes saturday night) the room on this side was very noisy for me - so I had to switch in order to ensure sleep (which surely is the purpose of this type of station hotel....). Also limited food options in area when hotel restaurant is closed (which it was by the time my late train made it to Kassel)
