the breakfast was excellent. that the windows had to be kept shut for the noise of the trains. However, I have to admit that I chose the hotel because it was close to the railway station and in fact that was very convenient. |

The hotel's location next to the main rail station and close to the city centre was extremely convenient for a short visit. Excellent range of dishes for breakfast and comfortable, if characterless, room. The hotel staff were helpful and reception staff fluent in English. There could be some noise from the railway in some rooms. Double glazed windows exclude most noise but in summer you would want to have them open at night. |

This was a basic and not too expensive hotel very conveniently located for the station. The free travel pass was worthwhile and I slept reasonably well. Big breakfast. The room was not particularly clean and the whole hotel had a 'dated' look about it. There were dirty finger marks around all of the touch points in the room and the bathroom did not look like it had been properly cleaned for some considerable time. If it was not for the convenience of the location this hotel would be overpriced. Some serious TLC needed. |

L'accueil et la propreté de l'hôtel. Bon buffet de petit déjeuner. Il arrive que ni le bar, ni le restaurant ne soient ouverts le week-end ; ce qui est un inconvénient par rapport à la localisation un peu isolée de l'hôtel dans un quartier de bureau, à proximité de la gare. Demandez une chambre calme, si sensible au bruit du passage des trains et du RER. |

Hotellet har en exellent beliggenhed i centrum af Magdeburg vis-a-vis Hauptbahnhof. Tilkøbt WLAN-baseret internet virker fint på alle etager. Et sikkert valg, hvis Magdeburg skal besøges f.eks. i en forlænget weekend |
