Staff were very welcoming and room was clean and well-appointed. We appreciated the location next to the station, as we arrived late in the evening. Breakfast was extra and expensive, so we went out for breakfast. Costly breakfasts seem to be a speciality of far too many hotels. |

Ett mycket bra läge, promenadavstånd till det mesta. Utnyttjade inte möjligheten att åka gratis med kommunal transport på hotellets ID-kort, men mycket tilltalande vid ett ev. nästa besök. |

Väldigt stora rum, väldigt rena rum och "key-card" fungerade som busskort vilket var väldigt bra då det är knappt 10 minuter gångväg till den gamla stadskärnan. Bra också att hotellet ligger granne med Centralstationen, vilket innebar att (nästan?) alla bussar stannade där. Smidigt garage i samma byggnad för 6 € per dygn. Väldigt trevlig nattportier men man önskar att dagpersonalen i receptionen var lika trevlig som upplevdes mer som att de bara gjorde sitt jobb. Frukost kostar 12,50 € vilket är mycket om man inte orkar äta av den dignande buffén (dock perfekt och prisvärt om man önskar brunch) |

Die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter. Jeder Wunsch wurde sofort erfüllt. Die Zimmer zum Innenhof waren lautstärkemäßig einfach sehr ruhig. Kein Autolärm usw. |

Schönes geräumiges Zimmer, Restaurant auf der 3. Etage mit herrlichem Blick auf den Teich und die Altstadtinsel, vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet, freundliches Personal, sehr zentral gelegen, Bahnhof in unmittelbarer Nähe, Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Hotel in jeder Hinsicht weiter empfehlen. |

Dieses Hotel ist einfach nur der Wahnsinn! Ich empfehle dieses Hotel gerne weiter. Supernettes Hotelpersonal. Wunderbar,dass man mit dem Zimmerausweis in Stralsund mit dem öpnv fahren und auch mit dem Zug nach Rügen reisen kann. Wunderschöner Ausblick aus dem Restaurant und das Essen im Restaurant ist einfach nur klasse! Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war sehr groß und Super!Komme auf jedenfall wieder |
