中央駅構内で非常に便利。また、スタッフの対応も良かった。

市内バス、鉄道無料利用券がついたが、利用することがなかった（ジャーマンパス使用のため）。お湯は赤錆び- が10分程度出た（空きの期間が長かったか？）、虫がいないか心配したがその点は問題なかった。

①Stuttgart中央駅の真上にある。近代美術館等中心街まで徒歩２，３分なので非常に便利。飛行場ま- でも、地下鉄乗り場まで3分、地下鉄で27分、計30分で行けます。②レセプションの英語対応は問題なし。- ③国鉄との提携があるのか、滞在中の鉄道・地下鉄等が乗り放題のチケットがもらえる。④清掃員がドイツ人の- おばさん。仕事が早い。

①朝食代が高い（14.5ﾕｰﾛ）。徒歩1分の所に朝6時開店のﾍﾞｰｶﾘｰが有った。ここで十分。②部屋に湯沸かしなく、レセプ- ションにお湯が欲しいと言ったら、受付横のバーまで取りに来てくださいと言われた。小さなポットになみなみ- のお湯とカップ＆ソーサー２組、お盆なしで持ち帰りました。③お風呂はシャワーのみ（ドイツでは普通？）。- 歯ブラシなどのアメニティなし。④全員ではないですが、おばさんレセプションが感じ悪。電車の駅について質- 問したら、答えてくれたものの、「ここはホテルです。観光案内所ではありませんよ。」と言われました。もっ- ともですが、せっかく駅真上にいるのに、わざわざ観光案内所まで外に出て確認して戻ったら、駅真上のメリッ- トなくなっちゃうじゃん!?Stuttgartで唯一の不親切だなぁと思った経験でした。それ以外、町の人々は親切そのもの！

チェックインは午前中でもできます。 日本人には、バスタブ付きの部屋を手配してくれるみたいです。

自動販売機で市内交通機関の切符を買うのは言葉の不十な外国人にとって難しいので滞在中市内の交通機関のフ- リ－パスを貰えるのは大変助かった。

The location was excellent - right outside/inside the main hbf (railway station). Hotel/room security first-rate. Rooms spacious and, although looked a little spartan on first entry, had almost everything you could want. I asked for a second pillow and one was delivered within 5 minutes - excellent service. Reasonably priced minibar. Breakfast was served in a spacious well-designed room. Self-service with many and various cold options including cereals, fresh fruits, yoghurts, meats and cheeses, an assortment of breads and pastries, fruit juices, coffee and approx 12 different tea varieties - added to that scrambled eggs, sausage, tomato and mini frikadellen from the hot counter. All in all an excellent hotel.

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

I liked the excellent location of the hotel with its proximity to the railway station (it is inside it) and the main city center. The Stuttgart travel pass provided for free was great. The hotel room was a good size.

The check-in time was late for 3:00 p.m. and when compared to other hotels, we did not think it was good value for its price as breakfast and free internet were not included in the price. After the first day in the hotel, my husband and I came back to our room to find a nearly drunk man outside our door trying to get in with the housekeeping employer. He claimed he wanted his entry room card back as he had forgotten it in our room. When we entered the room which was already open, we found it full of smoke (it is a smoking room but I only allowed my husband to have his occasional cigarette near the open window.). It seems the reception had mistakenly checked him in our room while we where still checked in. No apology given from them!!!

The bathroom door was less than standard height. I damaged my head several times during my stay.

Central location provided the ability to get around town to see the sites of interest to tourists.

Would prefer access to an ice cube making machine.

Quiet room, near the city and shopping centre and in the central station where public transport is as well

rather poor wireless internet reception.
