宿泊翌日の早朝に鉄道を利用する場合には極めて便利なホテル。 洗面用タオルが清潔ではあるが、相当に使い古したものであった。もう少し新しいものが望まれる。 |

風呂場が豪華なかんじでした。ゆったりできてよい。部屋も広かった。掃除が行き届いていた。スタッフの態度は、、人によります。 朝食別料金なので、内容をもうちょっとがんばってほしかった。ある日の午前中に三人ものスタッフが訪ねて来て、落ち着かなかった。しかもノックなしでいきなりカギをあけて、何の用なのかも言わない人もいた。落ち着いてトイレも入れない。 |

バスタブがなく，ツインルームにしては三倍ぐらいの広すぎる空間があった。エキストラベッド搬入できる部屋だったからでしょうか。清潔，便利，一日交通券付きで，駅構内にあり至便。 いろいろなチェックイン時のやりとりの中で，フロントでパスポートが確実にチェックイン時に返却されず，翌朝にフロントに問い合わせるまでＴＥＬ連絡がなかった。気づいた時点で部屋に連絡してほしい。 きちんと保管していただいたのはよかったです。 まずは，ありがとうございました。 |

駅ビル内にあり、公共交通機関の乗り放題券がもらえて便利。市内各所のどこに行くにも便利。日本語放送はないが、駅の本屋で日本の新聞が売っており情報も取れる。 窓を閉めても車の音がやや聞こえるので、騒音に敏感な人には向かない。夕食を食べるようなレストランが近くにない。 |

とても便利なホテルです。駅構内から直結、市内交通のチケット付きなどメリットが多いです。 欲をいえば朝食が込みであればうれしいです。ただ、そんなにたくさん食べないのであれば駅でコーヒーやパンなど買えるので問題なし。 |

The staff at the hotel were just fantastic - I was travelling with my 6 month old daughter, and they gave us access to the kitchen for sterilising our bottles, and a baby cot was in our room waiting for us. The staff all spoke english very well, which was a big help. The location is great too, for both public transport, and the shopping district. |

Central location in Stuttgart is a tremendous advantage. Also appreciated the travel pass for the duration of my stay. The entrance lobby and breakfasting room arrangements. Lobby was cramped and lift did not reach to the street entrance level. Additionally, the hotel is inaccurately designated on the iPhone mapping system- perhaps you could have that modified so that it is clearly located on the West side of the station, not the East. |

Convenience to city center. Staff was helpful with a problem in the room. Breakfast not included. Problem with the refrigerator in room- had to be removed because of strong ammonia smell- staff was cooperative - |

Best location for anyone who is visiting Stuttgart for the first time ! The free train & bus pass is a boon ! A little pricey! It will be nice if they provide foreign travelers with a tourist map of stuttgart on check-in. |
