房间质量差；不通风；空调不好；枕头质量差；某一晚没有热水；网络·、电话等使用费极其昂贵；早餐质量差且贵；房间费用达五星级标准却没有五星级的设施服务；这里只有恶梦，没有安宁！

Best most accessible location in Stuttgart. A part of the main train station complex, it is impossible to miss.

Central location in Stuttgart is a tremendous advantage. Also appreciated the travel pass for the duration of my stay.

The entrance lobby and breakfasting room arrangements. Lobby was cramped and lift did not reach to the street entrance level. Additionally, the hotel is inaccurately designated on the iPhone mapping system- perhaps you could have that modified so that it is clearly located on the West side of the station, not the East.

The location of the hotel is such that you can never forget and easy to reach . The hot breakfast they served was good , though the breakfast was charged extra at E 13 per person.

Located at the station buffer stops!

Location

The lack of assistance in getting luggage to our room, the attitude of the staff, the difficulty getting to the room using 2 different elevators, and the mildew in the grout in the showers.
