The check-in receptionist gave us an excellent service, even though he had some bad news for us (i.e. there is no non-smoking double room free).

On booking.com, we booked a non-smoking room, but we got a smoking room. It had a terrible, smoky smell. We, non-smokers are sensitive about the smell, and one of us is extremely sensitive to it. Smoke smell causes terrible irritation in the nose. The hotel was unable to give us a non-smoking room even though we booked one. It turned out to be tolerable after we left the room window open for 5 hours -- but it was still an unpleasant experience. Also we didn't get a decent selection of soaps, shower gels and shampoo.

The staff were efficient and the rooms were clean

The hotel was extremely overpriced, for the price paid I had expected a five star hotel whereas the hotel was the equivalent of a Premier Inn/Travelodge

It's location only.

Our room was directly beside the huge air conditioning system and because of it's constant loud droning noise we found it difficult to get to sleep. TOTALLY disliked the fact that, on getting up, I discovered a blood stain on my sheet, not a washed stain but a red one!!!!! Also disliked the dismissive attitude at reception when I brought these matters to their attention.

Location of the hotel is very good. Staff was very helpful.

The hotel reserved 150 euro extra (over pay) on my account (I didn't expect that and nowhere was written about this and no one warned me about that before), in bathroom I found only soap and towels, there were no other bath accessories at all. And the room was very small, but it was ok.

I booked here to go to Oktoberfest. This hotel is very well situated--a 10 minute walk to the fairgrounds. The room was pretty clean, and the breakfast was terrific.

It's really super noisy. It feels like a hostel in that regard. The staff are not rude, but they're just kind of there. They are like boring robots that distribute room keys and city maps. Since I was there for Oktoberfest everything was probably a bit overpriced. But for the level of noise and quality of service, it felt like I could have just as easily stayed in a hostel. All german hostels are super nice, by the way. I'd do that, if I were you.

The heater was broken in my room and they didn't give me a new room untill the next morning, it was -12C outside. The other room was much bigger, but when I came in, the carpet was coved in little stones, probably because of the snow, but then the cleaning staff said that I was to blame for.... I was not. And even if I was, so what? Shut up and clean vacuum the floor! The best was when they wanted to charge for the use of a conference room! I have never had that anywhere!

Breakfast was good. It was very near to Main Station and the shuttle to airport. Walking distance to the city center.

It was very cold. The radiators was closed when we first entered to the room and took half a day to warm the room.

My adresse was wrong, when I arrived, and continue wrong in my invoice!!!

very fiendly stuff, very quite rooms despite of location in the building of Main train station (no any noises from trains or city streets), very good breakfast. the hotel is much better than the same hotel in Hannover.

No slippers, no brush cleaners for shoes and clothes

Location at the Hauptbanhof perfect. Excellent breakfast. Only suggestion would to have better pillows and perhaps cnn or a similar us station onte the cable. Would highly recommned the InterCity
