η θέση πάνω στο σιδηροδρομικό σταθμό, ώστε να είναι ευκολότερες οι εκδρομές με τραίνο προς άλλες πόλεις.

σαφώς την καθαριότητα. υπήρξε μέρα που δεν πέρασε καθόλου καθαρίστρια από το ένα δωμάτιο, ενώ σε παραμονή 6 ημερών (5 διανυκτερεύσεις) δεν αλλαχθηκαν ούτε 1 φορά τα σεντόνια, κάτι μάλλον ασύμβατο με ξενοδοχείο 4 αστέρων. όταν το σχολιάσαμε στη ρεσεψιόν κατά την αναχώρηση, μας απάντησαν ότι έπρεπε να το ζητήσουμε εμείς οι ίδιοι να γίνει αλλαγή (!).

I liked everything about this hotel from the start. Helpful and friendly staff, nice bright and airy rooms, its location for sightseeing, the free travel pass on all public transport, the food in Flemings restaurant, etc.Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to Munich.

The staff was courteous and helpful. The location was excellent. Also, the breakfast was great, and the transit pass was extremely helpful.

One small item. We arrived on the 24October. Our refrigerator was not working. although I reported this on the evening of the 24th, it was not repaired until the morning of the 27th.

The hotel location, next to the Central Train Station, makes travelling very convenient. A variety of food is available within the train station itself, and lots of kebab shops nearby. The hotel room, although somewhat small, is clean and quiet, although it is situated near the main road. I would recommend this hotel to those who come to Munich to see the exhibition or for short tours.

There is no business centre. However, there is an internet cafe across the road

The breakfast was fantastic and very big. There was a large selection..fresh fruit, smoked salmon, sausage, cheeses, juices as well as continental. The mini bar was included in the price of the comfort double room which comprised of beer, water and softdrinks. The pay tv also seemed to be included in the price. Location is fantastic being opposite the station.

We requested a non-smoking room but were put in a smoking room.We paid for the upgraded comfort double room which was actually a very small room and very basic. We would rate the room at 3 stars not 4.

Reception are good staff and they take your request Seriously. Fixed the internet after 2 days access point was not working,

The don't have someone who could carry the large bags and there are stairs in the hotel entrance, when I asked the reception for someone to help carry my bags he said There is no one .. I'm the only one here.. And this is a business hotel so we expect small bags with our visitors and no need for someone to carry it!!, Also the Wireless was not working when you try to connect to it for two days. The wireless fixed after reporting, There is a girl in the restaurant looks like she is not happy with serving people in her job. She sell the hot water for my wife.. While at the same day her colleague give us the water for free. No tea or water heater in the room. I don't prefer this 3 star hotel for someone want to enjoy his stay in munich.

Most of the staff was very helpful and respectful. Rooms were sufficient and quiet, even right next to the train station.

My room key kept not working, where I got up to my room, and it would not work and I would have to go back down to the lobby to have them reset it. The wireless internet was kind of bad the higher up you went in the hotel. I had to change rooms closer to the lobby so I could get an internet connection in the room. But they were very helpful and changed my room no problem.
