It was great!

Slight amount of street noise and train station noise, but nothing big....great hotel, clean room, enjoyed the stay.

Good location, friendly receptionists

The hotel is just next to the train tracks. Even with the window closed you could here the trains passing by. Maybe the situation was different at the other side of the hotel.

conveince since train station is within walking distance

too near to the train station, able to hear announcement and train passing. Perhpas should consider sound proof windows for the rooms.

Convenient location to the places I wanted to visit - Weihnachtsmarkt. Staff was most helpful finding a non-smoking room. I had booked three rooms, one of which smelled rather strongly of stale tobacco. The staff had a hard time finding a free non-smoking room but succeeded.

The staff. The girls have been excelent. All of them. Congratulations!

I stayed for two days. The bath towels were not replaced.

The double room was two single beds, no tea coffee making facilities, breakfast was 12.50 extra per person, no breakfast is worth that price !!

Besides the key card issue it's a nice hotel

Every time we wanted to go to our room the key card failed!!!!! We were up and down like yoyo's
