the comfort and the location

I requested that the sofa bed be made up for the colleague with whom I was travelling. This was done. The room smelled good - a real indication of the cleanliness. It was warm when we needed it to be and we could open the window. Staff were courteous and friendly and didn't make us wait for responses etc. Very efficient. Public WCs during the conference were kept clean.

I was surprised that another couple, attending the same conference, were upgraded to a larger suite. I am a priority club member, they are not, and it caused me to wonder how upgrades are selected. The irony is that I found them the room.

Very friendly and attentive staff and very good value. Well located for sight-seeing and shopping. We have mentioned a couple of complaints but overall we really liked this hotel and would definitely stay in the future.

We usually have just a coffee and croissant for breakfast and so because of the fixed price of 30euro per person we found it necessary to have our breakfast in a local cafe. The cleaning staff entered our room at 9.45am despite the "do not disturb" sign being illuminated.

Hot SPA was good! Breakfast include shampaign.

Sheets were not exchange. 1day of 4days

They assigned me a very small room initially, I had to complain. The concierge was very rude and refused to print me ITP tickets. SPA entry costs 15 Euros. Very small gym.

Comfortable, clean, efficient and worth the money. The rooms are modern and very top notch.

One has to pay for top speed internet which I feel is ridiculous in this day and age. The walking distance to the nearest train station can be a challenge due to extreme weather or rain.

Rooms a a bit used nad not as clean as on e would have expected. Gym is small and overheated. Outdated menu in the room and lack of information about hotel policies.

water in bath and sink did not drain unless one totally removed the sink covers. They were either open or closed but nothing inbetween.

Even at 7 o'clock in the morning, while entering into breakfast, the strict and annoying badge control much before the conference sessions starts at 9 o'clock, and limited access to some parts of the hotel which were supposed to be open to all hotel guests, even to outsiders.

when I booked online, I made a mistake and booked a room for one person, but the same price was indicated for the same room with two persons. I thought changing on arrival should not be a problem but it was and the hotel charged 20 EUR more... Beside that: air condition not working, 2 separate beds although I asked for a King Size bed All in all too much money for little service. i will not select the Interconti in Berlin agaain

Big room, all facilities, well located, good food.

The sum of the reserved money on credit card was enormous.

some restaurant staff was good, yet one chief waitress was not client orientated, when asked where was the toilet she replied with defiant tone "of course i know"... i dont care if she knows, i want her to give me the indication... some staff can be a bit crazy, at reception, the first guy indicated me the wrong place for my room internet is 20 euro per day, not included in room rate shower was not very efficent in taps and change of taps pool is in repair, so i had to go to other room, no compensation was offered for this

maybe a little bit far. there is only bus 200 or taxi to go around. the free wifi is too slow

Everything.Unfortunately,during our visit the SPA of the hotel was closed because of the renovating works.But overall,this hotel is very comfortable.

It doesn't happen to me very often,but there is nothing to be criticized.

Value for money for 2 days stay in a 5 stars hotel chain. Big room, and very clean and comfortable. Convenience by taking bus to the city. Close to shopping.

However, the attitude of staff can be better, esp for the concerige (one stand in front of the hotel).

The hotel modern design it is fabulous, the location, the breakfast is great. The bed is very comfortable and the green concept is what I like.

Some of the breakfast areas were booked and staff was not professional in asking us to leave the table. We booked suit but the rooms were very small.
