The architecture of this hotel in fantastic. It blends in very well with the natural beauty of the mountains. The views are spectacular. The spa is one of the best hotel spas that you can imagine with a wonderful outdoor heated pool, a large and well functioning steam room, and a full range of exercise equipment that far exceeds what most hotels offer. The bar is so well stocked with the best labels of whiskey, bourbon, tequila, etc. that it was very nice to sit and have a nice drink after dinner. Although I only stayed for one night, I would love to go back to this hotel and spend a few days and explore the area a bit more.

The hotel is just excelent.... The view is wonderful and the staff great. Take Walter, the doorkeeping, as an exemple. The internet conection is low, very low. I call the reception but they could do nothing about it.

The staff were charming and helpful at all times. Our suite was huge with valley views and beautifully appointed. Restaurant food and service was excellent WiFi signal to our room was week and the wifi system was cumbersome and difficult but this should not detract from a wonderful overall experience

Beautiful location and hotel. The rooms are clean and nice. The gourmet restaurant Le Ciel is quite good. Service at the front desk definitely needs improvement. The lady at the reception gave me the name of two restaurants for lunch that were closed, even though I emphasized that I wanted to have lunch and not dinner.

Очень красивый панорамный вид на горы, хорошая возможность покататься по озеру Кунигзее, погулять по горам, вкусно поесть, поплавать в бассейне и расслабиться в СПА. Все понравилось!

ronduit schitterende locatie, luxe afwerking van het geheel. bijzondere attenties in de kamers: fles sekt bij aankomst, free minibar, fruit en snacks... verzorgde maaltijden in de prachtig gelegen restaurants. betalende wifi-aansluitingen: is dit echt nog wel van deze tijd? eerder kleine spa in verhouding tot de grootte van het hotel.

Einmalige Lage auf 1000 m Höhe, dann das Glüch, dass es geschneit hat und wir bei 34 Grad den Aussenpool genießen konnten, grandioses Hotel was Design, Ausstattung und Lage angeht. Das schreit nach Wiederholung :-). Bitte achten Sie darauf, wenn Sie im Winter bei Schnee dort hinfahren und einen Leihwagen haben (hatten wir ab Airport Salzburg), dass dieser über Schneeketten verfügt. Ich musste leider einige Meter schieben :-). Zum Hotel gibt es nichts negatives zu sagen.

Bardzo fajny hotel. Obłsuga gościa na wysokim poziomie. Piękne i urokliwe miejsce, a hotel jest przepięknie położony. Cisza, spokój i można odpocząć. Basen za mały. Atut, że miał podgrzewaną wodę na zewnątrz, jednakże jeśli ktoś lubi pływać to wielkość niedostateczna. Podobnie kryty basem był zbyt mały. Poza tym można się przyczepić do braku obsługi kelnerskiej na basenie, ale to już drobiazg.

Cadre extraordinaire, luxe omniprésent, prestations parfaites. Le spa et les deux piscines sont vraiment très bien. A part les prix qu'on pourrait souhaiter plus bas, je ne vois pas ce qu'on pourrait reprocher à cet hôtel.
