It was luxury stay. We have received interconnected rooms: one double room for single use and one two-rooms apartment, and both of them were very good: comfortable, big enough and very clean. Small gym and sauna are quite good and it was a pleasure to use them. Restaurant is excellent. Breackfest is very rich and really very, very good. Wireless internet connection in commone zone was very good and free of charge, but in the room connection was quite bad.

-Good location, 10 min by walk from railway station; - clean & calm; - nice breakfast buffet and dinner at restaurant -The trousers press in the room doesn't work well at all. My trousers were much more crumpled after being pressed; - Somehow my master card can't work well for check-out, however there is no any problem at other places before/after check-out.

Very nice hotel and staff. Excellent breakfast, secure parking. Actually nothing really not to like. We had double room booked, but beds were just two separate ones put together, with sparate pillows, etc.

beim check in gleich nach einem zustellbett fürs kind gefragt, was wir aber nicht brauchten, aber die geste zählt. sehr nettes personal beim frühstück, frühstück ansich sehr abwechslungsreich ausser käse..da gabs nur 2 sorten. letztlich ist das hotel top weiter zu empfehlen preislich heftig ist, sind 17 euro parkgebühren für einen fr-so-also WE aufenthalt, und ein tagespass i-net swisscom 9 euro. deluxe zimmer bedeutet hier nicht gleich automatisch größeres zimmer(schade, hatten wir mit kind so erwartet), eher eine zusatz mini-ecke mit einem kleinen tisch und zwei stühlen.

Großes Zimmer, gut eingerichtet. Zwei bodentiefe Fenster, die wie Balkonfenster nach innen weit zu öffnen sind. Fantastischer Blick auf Kirche und Dom, am Horizont Hügelkette. Gutes, reichliches Frühstück. Viel Servicepersonal, das alles in Ordnung und vorrätig hält. Die Essenskarte bietet einige Speisen zu sehr moderaten Preisen - unter 10 €. Toll. Das Bad hat keine Dusche, sondern man duscht in der Wanne stehend. Das ist ein erheblicher Nachteil in puncto Sicherheit und Komfort.

Hotel und Restaurant sehr gepflegt und sauber, das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Wir hätten uns noch wohler gefühlt, wenn die Betten zusammen gestellt gewesen wären.

Zentrale Lage in der Stadt Fulda. Sehr freundliches Personal. Auf Wünsche wird sofort reagiert und nach Lösungen gesucht. Unser Sonderwunsch wurde sofort erfüllt!!! Das Frühstückspersonal arbeitet sehr aufmerksam und ruhig!!! Unser Zimmer (303) lag zur Straßenseite und war sehr laut. Selbst mit geschlossenem Fenster hörte man den Straßenlärm sehr laut.

Ruhige Zimmer, Mineralwasser zur Begrüßung. Servicemitarbeiter beim Frühstück unaufmerksam für Einzelpersonen bei großem Andrang. Frühstücksbuffet wird erweitert, nachdem die Busse weg sind.

Es gab ein beeindruckendes Frühstück!!! Während der gesamten Nacht fuhren die Autos der Hauptstraße "durch" unser Zimmer. Sehr, sehr laut!!! Ohne Ohrstöpsel ging gar nichts.

Sehr nettes Personal / zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und freundlich Frühstücksbuffet: eine uns gewohnte Brötchenauswahl war nicht gegeben, die angebotene (sehr geringe) Ware nicht richtig gebacken (eher "gummiartig"), Vollkornbrötchen nicht vorhanden, etc. Platten wurden nicht zeitnah aufgefüllt (Z.Bsp. Käse), Cappucino konnte an zwei Tagen (von drei) nicht bestellt werden, da Maschine defekt - Zimmerausstattung: die Matratzen rutschen auseinander - dadurch entstand eine "Besucherritze" - nicht wirklich angenehm - Empfehlung: Doppelmatraze wäre vorteilhafter und komfortabler

Wir haben 1 DZ mit Babybett gebucht und ein sehr schönes großes Zimmer bekommen. Check out um 13:00 Uhr. Die Tiefgarage kann bis abends zum 1-Tages-Tarif genutzt werden. Das Hotel war sehr gut besucht, um 9 Uhr war das Frühstückspersonal etwas überfordert.

Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Schön ist, dass man verschiedene Kopfkissen zur Auswahl hat. Das Essen im Hotel ist gut und günstig. Beim Frühstücksbuffet sahen die Platten nicht sehr appetitlich aus und es wurde nicht rechtzeitig, bzw. erst nach Aufforderung, nachgelegt.
