Close proximaty to the Zoo Garden and U-Bahn. Very spacious and quiet rooms. The bathroom was huge! Staff was very professional, friendly and approachable. Room service was great too. The hotel and my stay at the Intercontinental was wonderful. The only thing that was not ideal was the position of the tv in the room and not having the flexibility to move it (other than to watch in the soaking tub). We didn't watch alot of tv and were there to be outside and enjoy Berlin so it was not terrible just something different compared to other hotels. |

the location to the shopping street the hotel lobby was very unattractive...expected better considering it is the Intercontinental. The room price was far more expensive for the quality of room. |

De ontvangstdame legde alles netjes uit. Ze gaf ons ook een stadplan mee en de informatie dat als er vragen zouden zijn wij altijd bij concierge terecht kunnen. De kamer was ook lekker ruim. En wat ik prachtig vond een dockingstation voor mijn I pod. Dus ik kon lekker mijn eigen muziek draaien. De TV in de kamer staat onpraktisch. Wat helaas erg min was was het toiletpapier. Dit is echt zonde, want het is tenslotte een 5 sterren hotel. |

Το service και οι υπηρεσίες του μπάρ του ξενοδοχείου Θεωρώ απαράδεκτο να έχει διαφορετική φωτογραφεία στο internet από ότι στην πραγματικότητα είναι το δωμάτιο. Αν στο site του booking.com ή του InterContinental Berlin είχε τις φωτογραφίες του δωματίου (αριθμός 211) που έμεινα δεν θα το είχα κλείσει. Οι φωτογραφίες δεν έχουν καμία σχέση με την πραγματικότητα. Αυτό κατά τη δική μου γνώμη είναι απαράδεκτο ειδικότερα όταν πρόκειται για ξενοδοχείο παγκοσμίου φήμης και όχι για “no name – rooms to let”. Τέλος ένα ξενοδοχείο 5 αστέρων δεν επιτρέπεται να έχει κλειστά το ένα από τα δύο εστιατόρια κατά τη διάρκεια της ημέρας. |
