Hotel jest w części wyremontowany i tą część polecam .Śniadania bardzo dobre z szampanem. Personel od rana robi pobudki jak na kolonii ,koniecznie zaznaczyć ..Nie Przeszkadzać,, |

Niezbyt mili panowie przy drzwiach. Płatna sauna!!! Dostaliśmy inny pokój niż był na zdjęciach w booking.com. Delux double room. Zamiast tego co jest na zdjęciach dostaliśmy jakieś stare pruchno. Wymienili nam pokój na nowocześniejszy, ale mniejszy, bez zmiany ceny na niższą. Próbowano udobruchać nas szampanem i kolacją. Jednak po jednej nocy w hotelu zmieniliśmy go na inny Swissotel. Close proximaty to the Zoo Garden and U-Bahn. Very spacious and quiet rooms. The bathroom was huge! Staff was very professional, friendly and approachable. Room service was great too. The hotel and my stay at the Intercontinental was wonderful. The only thing that was not ideal was the position of the tv in the room and not having the flexibility to move it (other than to watch in the soaking tub). We didn't watch alot of tv and were there to be outside and enjoy Berlin so it was not terrible just something different compared to other hotels. |

the location to the shopping street the hotel lobby was very unattractive...expected better considering it is the Intercontinental. The room price was far more expensive for the quality of room. |

Access to meetings was good. Staff were freindly. I got charged €175 for phone charges to a US toll free number and there was zero flexability on this. |

Very service minded staff! Nice and comfortable room and an excellent breakfast. Stayed during the Berlin Marathon weekend where they focused on servicing the runners that lived at their hotel (baskets of bananas etc.) and even after check out they let me use their vitality club to shower and relax before the trip back home. Entrance to the hotel directly from the parking house. Good location. No free parking or Internet access. |

God og hurtig service ved ankomsten. Flot og anvendeligt Wellness område. Fantastisk morgenmadsbuffet med et stort og varieret udbud. Mulighed for at afhente sin bil sidst på dagen efter at have forladt hotellet tidligt på formiddagen. |

Habitación moderna. Buena ubicación. Una de las personas de conserjería era poco amable y no estaba dispuesta a ayudar. Las tarifas de uso de Internet son muy costosas. |

La situación, las instalaciones, la tranquilidad de la habitación y el servicio del personal, tanto por su simpatía como por su disposición y atención al cliente. Wifi de pago (solamente una hora gratuita) y cierta complicación en el sistema de encendido y apagado de las luces de la habitación. |

Ist ein super hotel- sehr schönes ambiente- sehr gediegen- Doppelzimmer zur Alleinbenutzung ist sehr geräumig und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet- insbesondere Kaffee- Teezubereitungsmöglichkeit-der Wellnessbereich ist super schön mit Lichtdesign- Obst und Wasser steht zur Verfügung -insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen für die Benutzung des Wellnessbereiches muss extra bezahlt werden- das ist unüblich und auch unpraktisch, da ein kurzes Saunieren dann unrentabel wird |

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, ruime kamer, goede faciliteiten, lobby en receptie zeer royaal opgezet. ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid, maar als je alleen even wat koffie en een schaaltje muesli neemt is 30 euro duur |
