location was perfect, the room was clean and comfort

the 5 star hotel should have the intenet for free

I have never had such a 'complete' experience in my travel over the last 25years. The staff at the hotel disprove the myth that service is something that you get only in the hotels in the East. All the staff were simple outstanding.During my stay, my colleagues who visited me for meetings, promptly booked rooms for the next Medica.

The rooms are excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. Top class hotel - one of the two best in Dusseldorf. Iron and tea/coffee in the rooms was both exceptional and unusual

Breakfast was very expensive as I only wanted a croissant and coffee - no continental breakfast price - €31 flat price.

Bedding was superb, showers fantastic and staff exceptionally efficient and helpful. Fantastic location

A beautiful hotel that could not be faulted on looks and service.

The internet service was a rip off 24 euro per day. Room Service and Mini Bar ridiculiously expensive 5.50 for a small bottle of coke or fanta. The bathrooms offered very limited privacy...not a good design idea.

The concierge, Felix, was fantastic. We were there to do some shopping and he not only told us which stores were great, but also suggested a fantastic place for lunch.

The bed was super hard. It was like sleeping on a rock.

The bathrooms are really great, especially the fact that I could watch a movie thru the window while having a bath impressed us. And we really liked the modern atmosphere of the hotel. Also the location is really central.

Highly sophisticated.

Mooie en gezellige kamer en badkamer! Goede service O.a (autoparking, paraplu in de kamer!)

Met het boeken was niet voldoende duidelijk dat het ontbijt niet inbegrepen was! We zijn er dus vanuit gegaan dat dat prijs inbegrepen was, en vonden het ontbijt van ruim 60 euro veel! Dus dat viel bij het afrekenen tegen. Geen leuk afscheid!

コーヒーなどに使うＨｏｔ Waterを毎日頼んでいました。何度かケトルの貸し出しを聞きましたが、無理と回答。宿泊5日目にミニバ- ーのサイド引き出しにコーヒーメーカーなど一式揃っていることが判明。デザイン上見えないのはわかるが、説- 明されなとわからない状況でした。是非改善をお願いします。案内を出しておくべき。
