The concierge went above and beyond in his services - when a colleague was hospitalized, but I didn't know the name of the hospital, he took time and called 23 hospitals looking for my friend, and didn't stop until he found him! Over-priced breakfast, and the lack of a gift shop that carried things like water or snacks |

Courteous and welcoming staff. Super clean room. Room prices are high and did not include breakfast which was very expensive. |

I was very pleased with my stay. Although I had not stayed there for 3 years the porters all remembered me. The only gripe was the the chair in my room 432 was worn through on the seat. |

very friendly and helpful hotel staff the room I had (city wing), was relatively clean, but desperately needs a renovation. The showerhead was clocked, water temperature changing constantly, dust in the vent, mattress not enormously comfortable. OK, I stayed during the Frankfurt Bookfair in this hotel, when basically everything is expensive. |

.Proximity to river. Very disapointing stay. After a long flight from Australia we were looking for a quiet dark room. Very noisy room from road traffic and listening to taxi drivers arguing at 5am. Very poor value for money. Room we had was certainly not 5 star abd did not represent the description of the hotel |

The InterContinental was the best place we stayed in Germany. It has a well-deserved 5 star ranking. The staff was phenomenal: From getting us a wine opener to telling us to park on the street to save $27 in their garage, our experience couldn't have been more pleasant. Additionally, the room was well sized - even in the older tower - and had a spacious bathroom and air conditioning. It is a close walk to the river and 15 minutes from downtown. |

Good staff from front desk to proter, they make you feel you are at your home. Nice veiw over the main river. The hotel provide ATM mahcine in the lobby. I recommend it for families booking has to indicate that the hotel has 2 type of rooms,, city tower or river tower, the river side 30 euro extra. Parking is too expensive (27 Euro) |

Everything was just really nice, from the people at the entrance, reception, Check in was very quick, and earlier than the usual time, quite convenient for me as I just arrived from an overnight flight. The hotel itself was also very nice, clean and close to many places |

I booked 2 nights in the interContinental Frankfurt for a short get away, we were very pleased on arrival to be greeted in a very friendly and professional way. We were also pleased with the fact that we were given an upgrade of rooms as you had vacancies available. The room was very comfortable and hotel kept to a very high standard. All together a very nice trip |

We booked standard double bed room . We find very small room and wasn't looking five star hotel and bed was to small that two people can't easily sleep. We asked to upgrade our room to deluxe room for which we are ready to pay for additional charges. But they said the room wasn't available at the moment. Next day they alloted the deluxe room whcih we find upto satisfaction. |

We like the bed, free internet and the location the most. Bed is very comfortable and the Main River view is excellent (for deluxe rooms), and most main attractions and main station in Frankfurt within walking distance. They have wifi area and free internet at the lobby (pay extra for internet access at the room). The hotel is rather old. Chipped door and furnitures. I didn't expect that from an acclaimed 5-Star hotel. Expensive breakfast, limited option of menu from room service/restaurants. The rooms definitely need some refurbishment. Inside our non-smoking room, we found a cigarette-stained shower curtain and there's no iron board/iron provided, but there's pant presser (?) inside our Deluxe Room. |

Excellent service and staff in all areas , this is the 3rd time I have stayed at this hotel The shower is poor , it does not fit well and the water direction tends to go more on the floor than in the bath, I do not like the access to the section of the hotel going under the road, it seems the decor is tired wheras on the recption side of the hotel is much nicer, I will have to review whether we stay at this hotel again. |

at least the heating worked the hotel was generally dated, it is in a rough area of Frankfurt, the porter would not leave the room without a tip, the room was the standard of an old travel inn, the shower went from freezing to burning hot, the shower head would not stay up right , I do not expect instant coffee in a room I pay $520 aus dollar a night. |
