fitness center and breakfast os recommendable.
bathroom was not clean.
The walls were incredibly thin
Very rude staff specialy receptionist
It is a big hotel and probably was good when it was new
breakfast has poor quality
Your basic business hotel nothing more nothing less.
Double classic room is comfortably designed but small and for a longer stay not suitable. At these room prices Internet should be included free of charge. breakfast highly overpriced.
Friendly staff, cozy room and perfect location
The location of the hotel is excellent (10 min walking from the Hauptbahnhof). The staff is very very friendly. The dinner in the hotel restaurant was very good.
The hotel doesn't seem to have done their best to accomodate my wishes, which was disappointing.
The staff were very pleasant. . The value was very reasonable. .
The heating was not enough and covers were not enough
very slow restuarant service and we had guests small bar area was cold and uncomfortable
The staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful, and I was given a complimentary upgrade to a room on a high floor with a great view of the Main River. The room was very comfortable, and the bed and bedding were great. The location is convenient to the Staedel and other art museums.
The outside of the building and the public rooms were soullessly modern. While convenient to the art museums on the other side of the Main River, it was a bit of a walk to the center of the city. The breakfast was seriously overpriced at 31 Euros. For that price, I would have expected more selections, and particularly more upscale selections. To be clear, the positives far outweighed the negatives, and I would happily stay at this hotel again.
I ordered twin beds. They gave a double bed. So I had to go Check-in desk again to change my room.
I like location and serived and advices from team
I don't like the way show the location you can't see the hotel from Main Street and name can't see from all area
The staff were excellent they gave free cakes and fruit in our room as I mentioned it was my birthday to the concierge on arrival. Breakfast was also top notch:
The gym facilities I found to be lacking in weights and some machines given the overall floor space they could invest in that. I would say this would be an excellent hotel if it had a spa and sauna to cap off the stay.
we booked two large rooms with river view and i paid extra for the river view but when I went there they told me they don't have any river view rooms and if i want river view i have to take 3 small rooms and i have to pay extra money for the third room they charged me the same amount for two small as the two large and I had to bay exrta for the third
Breakfast is so poor
My Room was upgraded to one with a spectacular view of the river
I stayed in this hotel for four days . Beautiful apartment with stunning views of the river Main. Excellent breakfast. Wonderful staff. I'll be glad to return to InterContinental Frankfurt again.
location, bed, fast elevators
overall uglyness, rooms seem only partly refurbished, a mix of modern and outdated (old, not antique, 1980s?) furniture. Also equipment: old and ugly telephone, hairdryer, no sockets next to beds. TV, coffee maker were ok.
Great view of the river, excellent staff and a super locality!
Did not have enough time to really get to know the hotel!
although we specifically asked for a non-smoking room we were assined to a smoking one upon check in, which was highly unexceptable.
Reasonably close to train station and river
Cost of breakfast 31€ per person
