This hotel is right on Alster Lake, a short walk from the center of Hamburg. It offers modern spa facilities, international cuisine and excellent transportation services. They didn't find our reservation which we did by using Booking.com, not registered in their system. Therefore wait on the lobi more than 30 minutes

good attentive service, right next to the lake close to the center of town upon arrival we were told that internet use was free. when checking out we were charged 19 € for the use of internet because use was only free in the lobby. Nice to hear this afterwards.

Very neat and clean. Courteous staff. Prompt 24 room service. However quite expensive. 5 star hotel but still holding on to old type cathode ray tube television, no international channels.

Close to the lake Alster and the city centre of Hamburg. Every staff was very kind and cooperative. The bath room was small and looked old. It should be renewed to keep the hotel's brand image high.

Our room was comfortable and very quiet.. The concierge was very helpfull and hotel porters. The bar was very comfortable and good servide. No free wifi in the room. Having to pay for the sauna is ridiculous. The hotel generally is very expensive..

The hotel was perfect all in all. When You buy a Gin and Tonic in a Hotel this caliber, and pay quite a lot for it, why serve Gordons, when you have the better makes. The price for a g&t in the bar, is the same as a botle of Gordons in the shops outside.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurants and bar on site were amazing and it's located right next to Alster Lake, which is beautiful on it's own. Comfortable room, great showers, overall a wonderful experience. Loved everything!

The staff are very good. Hotel is very comfortable and nice position on Alster Paying for internet in room. Even though its free to use wireless in hotel lobby, to then have to pay to use in your room doesn't make sense

Clean room, good view and good to walk - hotel is next to lake and park, nice breakfast A little hard to reach hotel without car. There is no bus n tram stop near hotel except tour bus.

The staff were very helpful and the hotel is immaculately maintained as you should expect. It is is a quiet area but close to city, over looking the Alster The gym area is very small and therefore cardio equipment is often being waited upon by people.

Sehr freundliches und zuforkommendes (junges) Personal - ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Sehr Kinderfreunlich. Klasse Wellness und Schwimmbadbereich. Die Lage ist genial - Guhig am exkluliven Alsterufer, Fußläufig zur Innenstadt und Pöseldorf und gute ÖPNV Anbindung. Ein Hotel um die Hansestadt von Ihrer besten Seite kennenzulernen!

Der Hotelpage der uns die Koffer auf das Zimmer getragen hat. Allerdings war ich unsicher, ob er vom Hotel bezahlt wird, oder ob es üblich ist, ihm dafür Trinkgeld zu geben, was ich leider versäumt habe. Das Zimmer war für die Jahreszeit nachts ziemlich warm und stickig..
