The glassed Windows Gourmet-Restaurant on the 9th floor offers a breathtaking panoramic view over the Hanseatic city. Enjoy the special atmosphere and exclusive cuisine of this restaurant, which includes a cigar lounge and four separate private dining rooms.
In the restaurant Signatures with its open kitchen, the fresh preparation of international delicacies becomes something of a spectacle. When the weather is fine, you can dine on the terrace with a direct view of Wasser Platz. There is capacity for 70 people on the terrace.
The F 10 Bar has a cosy atmosphere and an extensive drinks list, ranging from the traditional to the unusual, and they also serve lovingly prepared snacks. In the hotel lobby, traditional English afternoon tea is served daily, from 15:00 to 18:00.
Room service food and drinks can be ordered 24 hours a day.
Right in front of the hotel, there is a bus stop for sightseeing tours and the Alsterrundfahrt (sightseeing tour on the Alster River) can also be reached in just a few minutes.
The train station Dammtor is only a few minutes walk from the hotel. From here there are bus and S-Bahn (city rail) services taking you to all parts of the city.

Service was impeccable from the front desk to the wait staff. The hotel was very clean and stratigically located in a beautiful setting along the river in walking distance of everything from shopping to dining to sightseeing the cost of brunch which I found quite over priced for what was available |

My wife and I traveled in Germany for two-weeks. The InterContinental was by far the best hotel (and most expensive) in which we stayed! It is absolutely a fabulous hotel with excellent facilities and services. The Internet is far too expensive and slow. The price options are not convenient. I tried to use the free wireless in the lobby to avoid the exorbitant costs and it was absurdly slow. I am happy that I did not purchase the option and would not recommend anyone do so. The Internet does not match the otherwise excellent facilities. |

Der Empfang war proffessionell und OK. Sehr gut gefallen hat mir der Blick auf die Alster beim Frühstüch. Da es sehr gut besucht war - am 1. Januar - haben die Mädels es mit dem Kaffee nicht immer in Time geschafft mal vorbei zu schauen (Verständnis,aber keine Beschwerde9 , aber eine kleine Termoskanne passt sicher nicht ins Konzept. |

Die sehr freundlichen Hotelmitarbeiter und die Nähe zur Innenstadt verbunden mit einer ruhigen Lage. Das Zimmermädchen hat am Silvestermorgen gegen 08.40 Uhr an der Tür geklingelt und wollte das Zimmer reinigen. |

Det låg i ett lugnt område av Hamburg. Vi fick mycket goda råd av hotellets personal när det gällde tänkbara upplevelser i Hamburg. För att kunna använda sauna måste man betala €15/person och dag, vilket kändes fel när vi valde deta hotell just för att det hade SPA |

Sauberkeit, Beim "check in" hatte der Front Office Mitarbeiter die booking.com Reservierung nicht im System. Er reagierte aber prompt und organisierte ein Zimmer. nicht mehr zeitgemäßes Design der Zimmer - Einrichtung. Beim Frühstück war es sehr laut, da sich u.a. einige Gäste wegen fehlender Sitzplätze beschwerten. Die Mitarbeiter waren überfordert - auch mit dem Auffüllen des Buffets. |

Aamupalasta Nettiyhteydet huoneessa kalliita ja aulassa olevaa ilmaista en saanut koskaan toimimaan. Lisäksi varaus ei ollut tullut näkyviin heidän järjestelmäänsä, vaikka se oli tehty yli 6 tuntia ennen saapumistamme hotelliin. Saimme kuitenkin huoneet lähes ongelmitta. |

Sehr nett gelegen, direkt an der Alster und trotzdem in 10 min in der Innenstadt - super. Der Wellnessbereich in der Preiskategorie für das Hotel schlägt mit zusätzlich 15€ pro Person und Tag zu buche - aua. |
