This hotel has a nice feel for a city stay. The design is big and open, lots of sparkle for the dark of winter. The staff was helpful, professional and friendly. A good place to relax while in Cologne. |

the place is proper for good shopping.the servises are unique and the price is suitable against these servises.this is the third time staying in this hotel and i feel very comfortable there the only thing that caused inconvenience this time is the blocking of different amount of money by mistakes from thr reception side and hope that the reblocking will be ok. |

Excellent location and good room. Booked an Executive package for 3 rooms (2 for 2 nights, 1 for 2 nights) offering water, 1 item of laundry, ipod dock and internet access - no rooms had any of these services and despite asking each day only the water was sorted on the last day - and only for 1 room. |

Received an upgade to a superior category room- unexpected and very pleasant No possibility of a quick breakfast. Forced to pay ridiculous 29€ for a buffet breakfast when only wanted a coffee. |

Very good staff The cost is too high. I stayed on the Club floor and was very dissappointed by room size and services available. I was sorry that I spent extra money to stay at Club level for NO extra benefits. I have stayed in Frankfurt InterConti and there is no comparison between the two |

Die Bar ist sehr gut und sehr geeignet, wenn Gäste keine Lust mehr haben, das Hotel zu verlassen. Mir wurde das gebuchte Zimmer nicht gegeben. Die Einrichtung ist viel zu dunkel und fast schon altmodisch. Fuer dieses kleine Zimmer ein viel zu hoher Preis. Obwohl ich mich wiederholt beschwert habe, zeigt das Personal kein Interesse. Bin Stammgast in diesem Hotel gewesen, aber nun definitiv das letzt Mal dort übernachtet. |

Een hotel met een luxe uitstraling, midden in het centrum, mooi ingericht, top hotelbar en een geweldig lekker ontbijt, maar dat mag ook wel voor die prijs (euro 29,00 p.p.) :-) Kamer was niet heel schoon, lagen een aantal haren op bed en badkamer was niet brandschoon, iets dat wel hoort in een badkamer vinden wij. |
