Perfect location, quiet & friendly for guests. Clean room with shower & fan. Wi-fi in public zones.

I chose the hotel for its central location but was surprised and pleased as to how quiet it was. My room was lovely and felt very welcoming and homely. I would recommend it to any lady who asked. The staff were also very accomodating of my requests, which made my stay a lot less stressful and I appreciated that.

Value for money and helpful staff

I never saw any staff until the last day of my stay and so didn't know about my own tiolet. Nor could I get extra coffee and there was only one sachet and I stayed 2 nights.

The room is cosy and just like home. The pillow is pluffy. The lady is hospital and helps us a lot. She sent me the address and doorcode before i came. It is a great choice for a lady.

wifi is not in the room.

Spiders in the room in august (I have fear of them), some pictures at the walls are scaring (for example, child's face overhead at the end of corridor near room 12)

I felt like being back in my university days and living in a dorm (although with better conditions). The location is excellent, very close to Unter Den Linden and Brandenburger Tor, with very good transport connections to different parts of the city. The staff was very helpful, especially as regards helping me actually getting to the hotel from the airport or using the different services available.

It might be helpful if the reception staff could have longer working hours (or work in alternate shifts) than is the situation currently. I was in a situation where I had to leave early in the morning on both days I stayed there, while arriving after the reception was closed which made it quite difficult to actually pay my bill :).

Location is excellent! The lady very friendly and polite. Clean. Good price.

It was very peaceful, you sometimes you feel it is your own home. The location is super, you are near from everything. The rooms are very clean, I stayed in a triple room although I was alone. The lady that runs the hotel is very sweet and helpful.

The matter that no staff and reception is available all time is sometimes difficult as I arrived late and the code of the door they gave me didn't work and a stayed a long at the door until a guest opened the door for me. Also, it is very boring at night, no tv and so calm and if u want internet u must stay near the entrance.

Nice hotel in a perfect location. It is very close to the Brandenburger Tor, yet in a very quiet street (next to the holocaust memorial). No noise of cars/people. It is kinda strange at first, there is no reception, you need to ring the bell and the manager comes and opens it for you. In fact, is more like staying at someone's house. I was travelling with a friend and were given a 3-person room, it was very big and confy, so that worked out really well. The bathroom is outside, and I thougn that would be kind of inconvenient, but it's not at all unconfortable. It says there is wifi in the lobby, but our room was next to it and I got it the room as well. The best thing is the breakfast room, it's as having breakfast in your own kitchen. There is no hot food (boiled egg if you ask for one), but nonetheless it's really good: several kinds ob bread, cheese, meat, fruit, yogurt, cereal, müsli, honey, jam... The atmosfere is very nice as well, there were several women travelling solo (and I think this hotel is perfect for that) and I would definitely be staying there again.

部屋はきれいで、湯沸かしポットのようなものもついていたので快適でした。 受付の方も気さくに話せる雰囲気で、ベルリン市内の地図もくれたので助かりました。

シャワーに脱衣所がついておらず少し不便でした。 シャワーのお湯もなかなか温かくならないと思ったら、今度は熱すぎたりして調節が難しかったです。 WiFiも部屋によっては使えないようなので運次第です… 週末は受付が14:00ほどまでやっていません。

Aamupalan sai toiveensa mukaisesti aiemmin. Oli rauhallista. Palvelu oli ystävällistä.

Suihkussa piti odottaa tosi kauan että tuli kunnolla lämmintä vettä.

难得的女士酒店。位置离波茨坦广场很近。逛街比较方便。不过闹中取静，位置不错。房间布置比较简单，但是有- 温馨的一面。不错。

算不上不满意，只是早餐略微简单了些。而且房间中的家具不是非常新。

расположение идеальное! прекрасный и уютный отель с очаровательными и заботливыми хозяйками :) есть комната для курения, завтрак (платный).

Zentrale Lage, sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Jederzeit wieder.

L'hotel è molto silenzioso e si dorme benissimo. Si trova in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla. La metropolitana è a 5 minuti a piedi.

Hôtel réserve aux femmes qui ressemble assez à une auberge de jeunesse de luxe. Luxe dans le sans ou, en voyageant à deux copines, on est dans un endroit sûre, apaisant, calme. Avons été déjeuné en chaussettes! Petit dej à 6 euro. Placé en plein centre historique dans le quartier calme.
